  • Dr. Rowe shows an exercise that can relieve hip tightness, stiffness, and pain within seconds.
This exercise requires only an ordinary broomstick, and is effective at helping to improve pain-free range of motion while rotating the hip inward and outward. It's especially good for conditions such as hip arthritis.
Let us know how it works for you.

Gonna try this. I started taekwondo this year and when I side kick my hip gets locked in my right side, then I have to do this sort of rotation with my leg to unlock it, otherwise it feels uncomfortable and I can't move as far back. I do make the mistake of getting exited and doing it without warming up first sometimes, but others it just still locks. I'll start taking better care of my body, and hope it's nothing serious. Thank you!
