Legends 🙌🙌🙌 was heartbroken when Klay left but I wish him the best. All good things must come to an end. I really thought the trio would all retire at Golden State but not everything is a fairy tale ending. We as fans are so spoiled to have watched this dynasty blossom to what it’s become. Watching the Splash Brothers in their prime was unreal. Thanks for all the memories ❤

Thanks, great video. Will always appreciate what we had when they were in their prime. Really hope Klay can find his sunshine in Dallas. I think he holds himself to a very high standard, so he needs to be kind to himself & accept what he still has to offer, not be disappointed that it is not what he might want to offer. Too bad the trio could not finish this journey together, as they started.

I was 8 years old when Klay was drafted, and I'm so fucking happy I was able to grow up witnessing the most insane duo the NBA has ever seen. Coming into 2020, you could tell regardless of whether or not they found new success, the breakup was inevitable. I've still got signed jerseys from both of them, and it's a part of history that I'll never forget. Gonna be weird asf not seeing them together, but I'm so so happy to have been able to watch and witness all of it.

The Splash Brothers are the most deadliest backcourt in history, with 4 rings, created the 3 point revolution, & dominated the NBA for almost a decade. It made other teams to replicate their style like the Lillard-McCollum Blazers, the CP3 & Harden Rockets, the Tatum-Brown Celtics, the Irving-Love Cavs, & even the Doncic-Porzingis Mavs...Now we also see the evolution of Shooting Centers like Towns, Jokic, Embid, Lopez, Holmgren, & Wembanyama, doing deep threes, crossover midranges, & step-back jumpers.

Damn, from the silky skills of Rondo, Iverson and Jamal Crawford who started to spike my interest in crossovers and still landing shots after shots to the epic Splash Brothers who brought my interest of the game to it's peak 10 years ago. Never have I expected to love the GSW duo and the other players Green etc etc to brought so much joy to my life when I was still playing actively in the game myself. Even after I stopped playing due to family and work commitments, GSW was still the first team for me to check any NBA results to see how many tough 3 pointers was taken in the game. It's been ever so iconic, this team that in my personal opinion it'll be very hard for another team to have this same amount of joy brought to me again. Klay Thompson is definitely arguably one of the best shooting guard in this modern era and nobody could have imagine him playing for another organisation without Curry and the other guys by his side. #11 always.

I thought this would be the year, and they would make all of those naysayers eat their words AGAIN!!! I just knew it would happen!!! I wish everyone had just been a little more patient to give them one more year to get back to their magic! And Klay would’ve won his larger contract. But I’ll stay optimistic, and hope we’ll see the Splash Brothers together again!!

YES! (But what a great sport! He still smiled and held up the Warriors jersey!) This is just a great life lesson: a perfect example of how something that looks like a terrible turn of events and huge disappointment turns into the best thing that could've happened! (Steph's a Christian and man of great faith:it shows how trusting and following God instead of making, and maneuvering for, our own decisions for our paths really pays off in the end!) (Clarifying note : that doesn't mean, not making our own best decisions, and working hard for them. It just means trusting God with the outcome!) FOUR RINGS!! I feel sorry for Klay, the victim of life's utter indifference to your happiness. But I can't help thinking that Steph, had he been similarly cursed, would have handled himself with more dignity. Actually, he DID, through the long ankle sagas, and other severe injuries. Additionally, Klay seems to ignore two critical truths. First, the Warriors stood by him through two years of absence, honoring their contract which, Klay should know, pays him a metric buttload more money than most of us ever see. Secondly, basketball, despite all of its echoes of tribal cohesion and retrenchment against The Other, is a business. The front office is responsible to the owners, who are not obligated to pay well above market rates for bruised fruit. Their decisions regarding contracts were all understandable and defensible from a business standpoint. The sad truth is that Klay's descent into gloom and bitterness probably became a factor in the team's decision to cut him loose. Who needs a poisonous presence like that in the locker room? Frankly, I'm disappointed in Klay as a person. He's better off in Dallas.
