  • An Urban Sketch made on iPad pro-2020, in Procreate.
I share with you a time-lapse video of the urban sketch I made, a little while ago. I wanted to add a watercolour effect to it, and I wanted to use only the default brushes available in Procreate. The app has a great range of brushes, but it takes some time to familiarise yourself with all of them. This the experiment that I did, I would love to hear your thoughts on this one.
    Comment below!
    Default brushes Used:
    1. Studio Pen: Found in "Inking", I used it for the outlines and sketching out the details.
    2. Water Bleed: Found in "Water", the last in the brush library. I used it for colouring and shading the light and dark parts of the picture.
    3. Snow Gum: Fund in "Organic", this is specifically used for the trees and the potted plants only.
    4. Medium Hard Blend: Found in "Airbrushing". I used it to just add little details and texture at the end.
Which are your favourite brushes in Procreate? Let me know in the comments!
