This video is by far one of the best videos on RUclips! Everyone never explains this in their videos and I think this is the most challenging part of sewing. I make u-part wigs for myself and my edges have never been flat. Thank you so much for making this video.
You are VERY WELCOME girl. I felt the same way before making this video which is why I just HAD to. So glad to know it's serving the purpose I intended for it. Thanks for your comment. 😉
However I have been very careful to get a job as well but the job
Man I was doing my sew in wrong for years now I know how to do a sewing now thank you girl
Excellent, excellent, excellent tutorial!!!!! I've been in the industry for 30 year's, and I've yet to see as clear of a tutorial as yours. GREAT job.
I Had No Idea What To Expect When I Initially Watched This Video Seeing It's My 1st Time Watching Any Of Your Tutorials and I MUST Say You Had Me Mesmerized!
Your Tone , Your Tid Bits of Advice Were Spot On!
Thank You For Sharing!
You Have A New Subbie!
Just trying to figure out why you don't have 10 million subscribers yet. Because this is one of the clearest tutorials out there. Everyone else goes too fast or they don't even show what they're doing. Hmm
Agreed! HATE when they don't show every step!
Selemundo I'm saying
definitely agree
YAS!!! Thanks for carefully explaining the solution to the problem I was having with flipping tracks. You showed that it's ok to leave a part ahead of the braid, secure it and then "go back" to secure that flipped tip to the braid. Can't wait to try sewing again without cutting up all the hair.
I have been trying to figure out how to do the secure knot. Thank you for taking the time to demonstrate it on this video.
I'm just learning techniques of hair,However on a scale 1-100 this like the 98th BEST explanation of how to stitch the hair, and brief descriptions about hair in general! This a good thumbs up for me!
Looked for hours trying to find a sew that actually teaches me because I’m doing my first sew in n my own hair and need help like I was a child best video ever!!! 💯💯💯😍😍😍😍
Girl same! How did it go?
Wow I love how clear you are with your tutorials!
Heeeeyyyy Girrrrl, Tanya in the comments took the words out of my mouth, I second her. A lot of people just jump into sewing one time cause they are pros , but what about BEGINNERS like me who don't even know how to stitch the right way. Which is most important. I LOVE THE WAY YOU EXPLAINED IT SOOOOOO FREAKING WELL 😉. You are a life saver sweetie. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THIS FANTASTIC VIDEO ......I watch this video over and over. It is the best HANDS DOWN.....Huuuuuge fan .❤👍❤👍❤👍❤

I have been looking for a long time for a detailed well shown tutorial and this is by far the best one this is so helpful thank you for not going so fast this helped me so much!!!

I love this video I always wanted to learn to do sew in weaves
Hey I'm really trying to learn how to sewin weaves. The only problem that I have is the needle and thread! I finally understand the braid pattern but The thing that is most confusing is when you're tying knots. Can you please make a nice slowed down and detailed tutorial on how to do the knots, and sew in the weave please ! ❤️ ( I'm 15 btw😊)
New sub here. Thank you so much for this video. I hope there is and will be more like this. I have a daughter that's fancy lol and wants a sew in. I don't always have money to pay someone so I'd like to learn how to do it myself.
This changed the game for me 🙌🏽
Ayyee!!! Glad I could help!
she's the best teacher lol
This is an EXCELLENT video! I just stumbled across but I might try to do a sew in! Descriptive, video quality that shows what you are explaining!! EXCELLENT video friend!!!
Thank you glad I could help!

Renee Williams ok
Can i use that same technique doing my hair? Your tutorial is very informative and visually on point. I've watched so many how to videos for sew-ins and this is the best so far. Thanks for being very detailed now I'm confident that when I do my own sew-in for the first time it may actually look good. Do you suggest a specific braid pattern for no leave out?
I did my first sew in today. My only issue was flipping the track. Can't wait to practice the tips you gave. Thank you!
How did you learn
@@tyjanaebeck7316 practicing on a mannequin. And watching videos. I was flipping the track but wasn't making sure it was secured.

Np. I'm glad it could help 😉
I need some answers my customized 360° unit (wig) was very bulky from the sides...where the tracks are the weaves didnt lay flat a cornrow cap horseshoe was used...:(
Amazing video! Thank you so much. On your next video can you show how to go around the edges so the braid doesn't show when pulled back or the wind blows the hair???
best tutorial ever
You did really good nice and easy plait good job
I've watch a few of your video , and I have to say i like how detail you are :) please keep up the beautiful work. am new too your Channel

Just seen video great job and tips thank u
I use this method when I’m making my wigs I love it
Thank you for this video. I like to wear sew INS from time to time and it's so expensive. So, I'm teaching myself. 😂 Thank you so much for this video.
Thank you so much for your video
Thank you so much for this video. Great job. I have a question: I got my first weave in October 2017....my hair is thinning and I wanted a protective style. I was wondering why my track is showing.....I have a side part bob....is there something that I can do to fix this? I did go to a salon to have it done. Thanks in advance
I'm sorry I'd have to see pictures of your hair to give you proper advice. Did she leave some of your natural hair out on top of the bob and in front?
10/10 thank u my love
God bless you thank you
Thank you for this fabulous tutorial I learned so much! I have a question. What are the ways you can use that black hair glue? I’ve seen people put it on the scalp, on the hair, dry it on cool, dry it on hot, on lashes... what’s the right way to use that product what all can you really do with it🤔🤔🤔 thank you!!🥰
Where are you located? Beautiful work:)
See how to do a full sew in with leave out. No lace front.
Thankyou 😊 much for teaching how to sew in
very nice ...thank you
Thanku luv ❤
This is the only video to answer my question.
Thanks for sharing! Confirms I created it for good purpose
Give me some more of these tutorials!
I love this technique and I finally did my first sew in on myself and it wasn’t enough 😢 so I have to add another pack. I thought 3bundles would be enough and it isn’t it’s very thin
Yesss
👍
Really like the video - clear instructions; one little advice have the camera more one the head I was seeing your hand too much but still like it 😊
What about when they pull it up in a ponytail won't the sides show?
OMG! where are you located??? I just got an install and my tracks were loose two days later. SMH and its bulky on the edges...
omg! love this video so detailed
Hi , first off I would just like to say I’ve been doing sewins since 2013. And your video was still very helpful! Love it 😍!! But I would love to know what are you using to record ! I’m looking to start a channel as well ! Thanks in advance! 😘
Irene Barze hi! Thanks for your comment. In this video I actually used my iphone most of the time 🙊 but otherwise I usually use my Canon DSLR 3T or Sony DSLR
I’m a beginner and I want to teach myself how to do sewins. I was wondering will an 100% human head maniquin doll help me a lot ? Can you upload more videos on sewins and detailed braiding pattern for beginners for middle part aswell
Yes. And I've already uploaded one years ago doing a middle part sew in so make sure you see that one on my channel. And yes I'll do more asap.
Can I have a good look with doubling my wefts ? I love fullness
Do you sew through the weft or around it?
I'm not sure if you mentioned this but on average how many bags of hair would be needed to do a full head?
when i sew do i have to double the weft or use a single weft ? Actually which one do you recommend doubling or single ?
I do both all the time. Usually I double the wefts when my client wants 3 or more bundles installed and sometimes I even double them when they only want 2 but I'll only double one bundle ( the one used at the bottom ) then single out the top bundle. It just depends on how flat you can keep the install when flipping the tracks and how much hair you are trying to squeeze into the head.
