  • Thanks for stopping by! Today I'm showing a DETAILED tutorial of how I do my sew-in weave step-by-step. I've been requested to do this look, so let me know how I did & leave a comment 
    Welcome to my channel! I'm Jodi, and I share my creative ideas through TheBrilliantBeauty by uploading hair tutorials, makeup looks, and fashion videos. My hope is to inspire you to try something new and be confident in the process.

    ☆This is probably my most requested video, so I FINALLY did an updated tutorial of how I sew in my hair extensions. I left my hair out this time because I wanted a sleek and straight look (if you've been here a while you know I LOVE that style!).
    You can definitely sew on a closure piece if you don't want to leave any hair out. Grace Hair sent me a closure so I'll be making a wig ASAP. Anyway, I tried to make this tut as detailed as possible so you can practice doing your own hair and do great on the first try. My goal is to inspire you to create, so let me know how I did! I always welcome your feedback. XOXO Jodi

    I sewed in some hair that was bought months ago. I just free styled for the first time. For my first time I think I did a pretty great job! I'm never going back to a hair dresser to do my hair. I can do it myself! It sure does save money.

    I learned thru RUclips to sew tracks to a cap including the closure. Then I sew the cap all around the perimeter of my head and wham bam boom glam! The more you do this the better one gets. Saving on beautician allows me to purchase higher quality hair that can last 3 years and more with proper care. Thanks for your hair tutorials, they continue to inspire me to try new looks on my own!

    That was really good! I always thought a sew-in took an EXTREMELY long time and said I'd never spend that much time on my hair but that doesn't even take that long! The most tiring part is the braiding! Thank you so much because the other videos were lame but yours was very organized and had good quality. Nice job!

    I would love to try to do my own sew-in, but I can't cornrow to save my life. 😩 Also could anyone explain to me what's the purpose of the anchor braid? I'm new to the sew in life, so forgive my lack of knowledge.

    • @dianynoel22

      The anchor braid is so there won't be a gap in between the leave out and the wefts but it's not necessary.

It's not your place to respond negatively to her followers, you will make her lose followers by posting negative comments because some people may think you speak for her. Don't sabotage her page because you're in your feelings taking stuff the wrong way. Good Day!😆

      Dakota Mejia because white hair is usually too soft and not textured enough to stay put. braids come undone and it tangles. its not racist at all, we have a completely different hair. didnt you know that?

    • @alexis-ov8pg
      @alexis-ov8pg 7 лет назад +4

      ipesina you can use braiding hair to cornrow your hair and just sew into that . But there are white people who use their real hair for cornrows and it still works for the sew in so you should still try it out .
