Those Japanese steak look way better. The Quality of the meat, the way of cooking them, everything looks healthier and tastier. The other ones mostly fry their steaks in a bath of oil and overcook them. Unless you like chewing cardboard meat, you want the inside of your steak pink.
You are comparing beef steaks in a restaurant with those on the street, eateries 😅, yeh that JP steak looks good but do you know it's wagyu beef, quite costly and the way they cook takes times and space : / complicated at all
