Men!!! 1000% I had a man tell me that although he was in the middle of his divorce a monogamous heterosexual relationship was vital to his identity and the children from his marriage because he needs to feel wanted. He self identified as a man and being a provider makes him feel like one. FYI: He happened to be a biracial Army veteran came from the family of veterans and the military was very active in his family structure and imagery. But that is not what I seen when I read his energy. He was disciplined! He was financially restrained! Like a dog with a shock collar he conformed very nicely but strongly desired to explore and embrace his ethical values of his mother and father's ancestral homeland and those values
AS A MUSLIM MAN - who is strictly against #Simping , I feel the need for a woman/women. Women need us too. We don’t necessarily need women financially but other than that, in terms of love, sexual activity, non-sexual intimacy, it’s better to have a lawfully wedded wife or wives for all that listed above, having kids, teaching them to worship Allah (all good deeds including the compulsory acts of worship) Prophet Muhammad (saw) said moltte the He (saw) loves 3 things, the most: - salah (prayer) - musk - and women
It depends on the woman or man. But my opinion is men and women need each other equally. There are qualities and skills that women have that men don’t have and vice versa which means we’re supposed to complement each other (man and woman) and use those opposite qualities to work together. Stop trying to segregate men and women with these topics. These topics are decisive. They also don’t make sense or have any value that we can use for anything substantial.
You said it depends. Next said it was equal in your opinion and then proceeded to say others way of thinking is incorrect because it’s segregating.. It’s not “segregating.” No one is saying we don’t need each other and it’s simply an engagement to compare mentalities with one another..
