    The greatest thing about that drive was that it came after Auburn scored their last t and their running back made a Heisman pose to diss Winston. Then the real Heisman winner went to work.

      left too much time should have kneed at the 1...you dont give the real heisman a chance ...remember when they said blacks cant be qbs cause they would rather run and scramble...and they cant mentally handle it...well winston cant run so he has to stay in the pocket and he won this with basic passes...

      Dude, its about prostyle vs non pro style.
      (FSU fan here) Tim Tebow was a great QB in college because he was a better athlete. He didn't succeed in the pros because he didn't posses the other skills the pro game call for. Has nothing to do with race and everything with the style of play that the NFL game calls for. His high school days are filled with rushing yards and touchdowns.
      Stop making it about race, its about the stlye of play that suits the pro game vs college game

    It upsets me how quick the officials were with the whistle at 2:24 on FSU's delay of game, yet there was a no call on Auburn's 3rd and 11 delay of game on which they ended up converting on their way to their -- at the time -- go ahead touchdown making it 31-27. Add that in along with the fact TWO officials missed a blatant face mask AND horsecollar call -- leads you to believe the bias was in. That's how you know FSU is the GOAT team because they had to overcome Auburn, the officials, and Dameyune Craig stealing signs.

    Jameis Winston was not Heisman material. You can tell by the wholly unremarkable game he played against a team from a real conference. If the Noles were in the SEC pounding and grounding every saturday, half their team would have been out on injuries, and they never would have made it to any championship. Not to mention, there would be no highlight reels of Winston, because the hype was all earned playing powder puff teams.

    • @patrickdyer7019
      @patrickdyer7019 10 лет назад +14

      Good call buddy. That's why Jameis went for 327 yards and 3 TDs against UF. You may say UF was a crappy team, but they still had a top 15 Defense, including top 7 pass defense (Better than Bama, LSU, Stanford, and South Carolina). Yet Jameis still shredded them in the swamp. Jameis was the only guy to throw over 300 yards against UF all year. And I guess Jameis' 444 yards and 5 TDs against Clemson's #16 Pass Defense weren't good either. But don't let those facts get in the way of your lame argument.

    • @ericthomas6062
      @ericthomas6062 10 лет назад

      Patrick Dyer Lmao, I wish we got to play Clemson and UF, those would be nice breaks for us to recover from playing LSU, Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia, ETC... Records made in a BS conference are just that, and you saw his lackluster performance against us. Get real. And you talk about top 16 this and top 15 that, all the top TENS are in the SEC buddy.

    • @patrickdyer7019
      @patrickdyer7019 10 лет назад +2

      Didn't realize that playing the UF Defense was such an easy game. You know that the UF Defense was 5 in the country (since you only care about top tens), higher than LSU, Georgia, South Carolina. Yet I gave you the stats earlier. Facts: Jameis 2-0 vs SEC, including the best the SEC had to offer last year. Put together a game winning drive in the title game where he went 6/7 for 77 yards in less than 2 minutes. You can act butthurt all you want. Jameis is a champ and has the heisman

    • @patrickdyer7019
      @patrickdyer7019 10 лет назад +1

      And just to show you that I am not a complete hater....I completely understand and agree that the SEC is far and away the best conference. But there is a reason he won the heisman, there is a reason Jimbo is 5-1 vs the SEC, with the lone loss being a game where he had a 4th qtr lead. And there is a reason that 18 Noles have been drafted in the past 2 years. And there is a reason that Jameis is a projected 1st round pick.

    • @ATLKing404
      @ATLKing404 10 лет назад

      So a qb from a "cupcake" conference has a sub par game and still beats one of the SEC's top teams. Which means that even on his worst day, Winston was better than what the SEC had to offer. You get beat by an ACC quarterback on his worst day and can't get the job done. Meanwhile you guys need miracles just to get their i.e. Georgia and Bama. The conference isn't so tough if the same teams can win it. That just means everyone else sucks.

    Eric. The first damn play of the game was a late hit. If you have it watch it again. The auburn defensive lineman was lined up offsides the first 3 series. I mean there were so many missed calls on one side that I thought the bookies wanted to ensure an auburn cover.

      Not to sound like one of those people, and even if Auburn won, I wouldn't have said anything about it but the refs were terrible the whole game. They were spotting the ball very generously for Auburn, they didn't call a blatant facemask on Jameis and the horse collar was the cherry on top.

    I think it's pretty IRONIC that the same player...Chris Davis who was the player responsible for the Auburn win in the 2013 IRON BOWL was the same Auburn player that eventually cost Auburn to loose the 2013 National Championship game.
    He drew a pass interference penalty on 3rd & 8 with 17 seconds to go and gave FSU 4 more downs.
    FSU and Winston took advantage of that and beat Auburn on the next play.
    ROLL TIDE ROLL & GO NOLES
