main thing about doing a backflip is practicing it on super soft area grass is hard. many people who have not trained out the reflex to open out of the ball when going backwards may open and hurt themselfs but other wise should land on your knees at worst if you know the basic Technique
The AZRAA If you have a trampoline, the way I learned was actually doing a suicide kip-up. It gives you that feeling of going backwards, without going over your neck. What I did was something like; just act like you’re going into one, and then get your body over your arms
Or just practice the backward roll at first and then do it with more momentum and then learn the mackakoo and do it faster and faster then you might get the backflip

9 months ago I learnt back flip due to this vid and now I am watching it again The music is son nostalgic,I remember my hardwork,my injuries and my passion to learnt some parkour stunts,thanks lucas for such a great tutorial :-)
Learning like this is dangerous, not only for injury but for technique too. If you want to learn to back flip then either learn on a trampoline first and translate to learning on the ground later like I did, or do what most people do and get a mattress out and bail until you get it. My instructor (who I got after learning how to backflip) specifically said not to follow these tutorials from Pigmie because they result in bad technique. Don't get me wrong though, I do enjoy his content and his other videos. This is just very dangerous and doesn't teach the importance of form and how to get enough height out of the jump properly.

You just gotta focus and just go for it i can land. It now. When he starts to go back more it helps
