This recipe makes a perfect pot roast. I usually don't eat it and just cook it for my man but this time I couldn't stop eating it. Every time I walk by I had to have a piece. Its super simple and all in one pot and way quicker than a crock pot. This is a must try!! Thank you for posting.
I just bought a Ninja foodi! I'm a nurse and I don't get home till almost 8 pm for 4 days of the week. I work on Sundays and my husband can cook but mostly on the grill/stove. I used to do pot roast once a month on Sundays and this exactly how I use to cook mine except in a crock pot for 12 hours (low). This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!
I've had a Ninja Foodi for over a year and always use it just for simple lil things. Now I'm on a hunt for some good main dishes and I just found one !! Can't wait to fix this. Thx for sharing !!
The is the best I heard any give simple instructions on how to cook pot roast. Thank you very much saves a lot of time. I will.be making this for Easter dinner for my family. Thank you Queen very much!! 💕
Cooked this recipe last night for my wife for Christmas dinner. It was totally awesome. We couldn't find "Bag N' Season" in our area and it still turned out awesome. Thanks TK!!!!
@@thisbusandus5972 I am glad my video is helpful. I love pot roast. It’s one of my favorite dishes as well. Like from childhood. Thank you guys for the comments. They mean a lot to me.

I'm a 42 year old man who discovered this video and I must say..this video is amazing! Hands down, a delicious recipe that works and hits every time! My wife loves this meal. I've used this recipe at least a dozen times and never disappoints! I don't do the gravy thing but one day I will. Thank you so much! Highly recommended for cooking days. Single guys, married guys just wanting to get down for your spouse! Or partner or friends or family!😂😂😂😂😂🎉🎉
I just used your recipe after many failed attempts and it was EXCELLENT. Fork tender. Thank you for posting this. I had about given up hope ever making a good pot roast in my Ninja. You showed me there’s very much hope. Tonight’s roast was so, so tender and a huge hit.
I usually don't eat the pot roast and wanted to make it for the hubby. Just took a spoon and that thang was falling apart trues it and had to make a plate for myself. Timer got messed up with the seal not closed properly to start (should of restarted and only did 60 minutes) still so delicious. Great instructions
I just got my Ninja Foodi and saw this and I am praying that roast turns out as well as yours. Thank you for sharing this and for explaining it so that it was easy to prepare and cook.
Glad I could make you laugh. Thanks for watching my video. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the recipe. Please continue to be a TK family member and leave me comments. I will reply back.
Thank you finally someone showed how to set the time ugh. I was looking everywhere online! I’m making my roast now for shredded beef nachos. So I put it on for 1:30 which is 90 mins an hour and a half.
I knew I trusted her from the first time I heard her voice! Second I'm in south alabama and we love us some slap ya momma!! So I knew it was going to be good! Made it exactly as she said, but added some extra peppers, and whoooo it was tasty.
Just made this today, it’s the first time I’ve used my Ninja and let me say it’s the best pot roast I’ve ever made. The secret is the sweet peas. Thank you.
This looks amazing!! I just bought a Ninja Foodi and am wanting to start out with a pot roast. After viewing several videos, this one is it!! Can you tell me how long you would do this on slow cook? Thank you, I really enjoyed your video!!
Sorry I'm a little confused. You said it takes 90 mins which you set the timer for, then you reduced the timer to 60 mins? Which one should I use? Thanks
Ok tell me what I did wrong I don’t use the pressure option much as I feels it overcooks…my roast was dark not pretty and pink inside as yours…followed all the steps but I had more veggies and some fell under when combining them with the seared roast and 1 cup of beef stock. I did the 1:30min then released but I walked away when I came back it was on warm for about 7min…could that 7 min have done the over cooking? Lawd #sigh lol
I have watched this like 6 times, lol. each time I made a roast. Just noticed something you should avoid tho. The steam vent right next to the power outlet. Unlike liquid water, steam can get up inside of that and cause a lot of issues, and even a short. And if you have the type that has aluminum in it? > it can cause a metallic smell after a while that is unpleasant in a kitchen.
I have done your cooking video 4to5 times you have got cooking down patt love you're videos thank you
