Hey, love you're channel of real owners and real reviews. As an owner of a fourth gen with air suspension in canada i have had a few problems with mine over the years but only ever the rear bags. When in entry exit mode they would leak and had to be replaced. I love the system so much on the farm for hauling i just fix it back up. As far as messages on the dash go, on a fourth gen if you go to suspension settings, you can turn off the alarms. I dont know about 5th gens but that could possibly be why you are getting no alarms. Im guessing if it was a ride hight sensor it would throw a code? If not thats what i would check first. Especially if it had no problems for a few days, next i would check if it still leaked down parking it in off road#1 or #2 position. My truck never leaked down in any higher settings, just in entry/exit and aero mode. Looking forward to 250k + miles!!!

Mr. Wheeler, good to see you again my friend. Sorry to see an issue with the air suspension. But there are a lot of miles on the truck now, and things naturally over time start to go, regardless of of the year it was made. But as great as the air ride is, I’m glad I have the coil suspension on my Longhorn. I do however look forward to what you replace the suspension with, along with any other future videos on the multiple vehicles you have. Enjoy your weekend, and see you soon I’m sure.

I'm still infinitely impressed with how well your Dodge has held up with almost 200K, you sure as Hell won't see a Ford or GM truck go that distance without a few major issues. Anxious to see what you finally find in the quest to diagnose the air suspension, best of luck Justin!

I’ve seen quite a few do just that. I’m impressed with this Ram too, especially considering how poorly built they typically are. Honestly the only truck I truly trust to do this these days are Toyota’s.

@H1TMAN - My 2008 Hemi Ram I drove hard for 13 years & not a single problem other than brakes, tires & batteries, so I bought another recently. 92 vehicles & my Ram work truck was the most reliable out of all 92 all different makes & models & not one Toyota.

It’s a Chrysler product it literals feels cheap just shutting the door on a ram truck of any year.

One thing to also note is our brother here is USING the truck. Most of us drive to work and the grocery store. So for him to have issues at almost 200,000 miles doesn’t seem too crazy.

Mr Wheeler, your opinion on the air suspension. If limited didn't come with it would you have it?

What’s up people. I have that exact truck with only 75,000 miles on it. My truck would code to service air ride & then my truck was laid out all the way around. Took to my local dealership and they said my pump & Block assembly needed to be replaced. The dealership says the parts are on backorder it will be at least 2 months for a New pump.

It can be a fuse sometimes during the winter they blowup since they seize up it’s a preventative measure for you not to blow up you compressor. It can be easily fixed under your hood

I had a 2018 Rebel that had this problem multiple times. No dealer could figure it out. RAM even stepped in to assist a dealership with trouble shooting. Along with a driver side lean issue. This all was happening under 36kmiles.
It really never got sorted out.

I literally just had this happen today. Only reason I found out was I was having a 6 inch lift installed and they noticed it.
They wouldn't install it back so had to drive 30 miles to a dealership to suspension. Miserable

I’m not very acquainted with the air suspension but the fact that it is only one tire loosing pressure makes me think that the tanks or compressor are not the suspects. Instead is something unique to that tire, maybe a check ball that is occasionally getting stuck due to ambient temperature or relative humidity causing some rust?

Hello, can you tell me the problem your truck had, I'm having the same problem with my 2019 ram, I'm from Oklahoma City, oh, recommend a place where you took it to solve, I'll be attentive to your response, thank you.

Does the air ride suspension level out the truck if you have a load in the bed or compensate for tongue weight of a trailer?

Why Not get a professionell inspection instead of blaiming the manufacturor for user errors, misusaage. Be a Little bit more responsible maybe with your Options. People Are getting causious about Air Suspensions maybe allthoug it rides awesome and Last a very Long Life span

In reality, you’re the one who’s blaming the manufacturer… there’s nothing like that *anywhere* in this video. Stop making up facts and leaving comments when you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about.
