Don't get the fake meat nonsense. I'm not vegan but most of my diet is from my roots which is based on a veggie background. I like a steak would never have fake meat, but decent steak from local butchers. Also, can't get same protein from lentils that you can from meat . Yogurt from milk has great benefits and can't be replaced by any other nut based milk!

Hi Maddie! I'm wanting to eat more plant-based. I've tried being vegan and vegetarian in the past and struggle due to my many food allergies. I wonder if you'd mind me requesting you coming up with a recipe that's vegan but not using legumes (no tofu, peas, lentils, peanuts, nuts, etc) but that still isn't just straight up carbs 😂?? Also allergic to sesame. So it was quite hard and I became sick missing many nutrients. If you've got something up your sleeve or already in one of your cookbooks, please let me know ❤
