I was intrigued by the broccoli soup! At some point in the past I’ve had too much of it so I developed a slight aversion for green soups but honestly this looks really good and I happen to have all the ingredients in my fridge rn 🤭 Might try it out later 🍲
Soups are so hearty and comforting. A big warm hug to the soul and stomach. I would love to see more seasonal recipes though. Tomatoes and courgettes in the middle of winter aren't the best sustainable option and there are so many winter vegetables to use for cosy meals :)

Hi, my favourite soup growing up was Heinz cream of chicken soup! I absolutely love roasted broccoli , so I will be trying that one first. We are all enjoying Alex’s bread recipe lately so that will be a great meal for us this week. ❤
The mushroom noodle soup has a satisfying texture, and the blend of spices I've added a subtle depth to the overall flavor. The dish struck a comforting and flavorful bowl of soup.
update- I made the mushroom "chicken" noodle soup - I'm eating it for lunch right now. 10/10! I was dubious about the cabbage and the onion- I used a shallot. It's AMAZING! Thank you :)
We are now renovating the house and looking forward to have an oven available again so I can cook the tomato and the broccoli soups as well as your baking tray recipes!
Just had the tomatoe soup and I really liked it! I might add some paprika or other veg next time but it certainly tasted really yummie just like this. And it's so quick and easy.

Long time follower, first time commenter. I prefer the old recipe videos as they were less presenter driven and more focused on the food. I understand that you need to structure the video to focus on brands/sponsors as well but this feels less personable/vloggy and more like a cooking show. A positive: the house looks great! I can't wait to see the backyard once it's done.

I think adding carrots to a tomato soup would is a great idea. Adds a bit more sweetness and a bit of starch would probably make a more full bodied texture and flavor

You can roast Tomatoes 🍅 and garlic 🧄 and onion 🧅 in a Air fryer taste 💯 better and much faster
I don’t have an air fryer so happy with my oven!
Soup 1 and 3 are pretty much the same. Veggie soup with pasta 😅
They taste completely different so aren’t the same at all! Minestrone and mushroom noodle soup are definitely different
