A problem I have with Echo Show, is connecting it to Multi Room. Strange, but in the Alexa app, it doesn't show a network like all the other Echos and Dots I have in the house. It's connected to my network I think, but I'm wondering if it's connected to 5 instead of 2.4. I never picked when connecting and I'm not able to see what I have connected too. Someone told me, For some reason, Echo Show doesn't show a network in the Alexa app. I just noticed it's connected to 5 hz instead of 2.4 like all the others, but I can't find the 2.4 option anywhere? I do have a Linksys Router and no issues there.

Please can you help me? I really want to buy this but I’m disabled and bedridden so can’t get to a store to test it - I need to know, the main reason I want to purchase it is for the idle clock face, ‘Stellar’ under ‘Classic’. Does this device the Echo Show 10, 2nd Gen have that clock face in the home and clock options when it’s idle?
