I have the Echo Spot. My biggest complaint about the Spot and Show is there is NO way to toggle off that annoying "Things to Try" that is persistent. There is no need for that to be constantly disiplayed.
Another big shortcoming is the lack of a headphone/3.5 audio line-out jack. I simply can't understand why they put those on the smaller versions, but not on this one. Cost wouldn't be an issue, engineering wouldn't be an issue. It would make the Show really the central hub for a whole Echo-environment, especially with its integrated ZigBee access point.

This is still only the beginning of the Internet and its applications. What a time to be alive!
The video is great. Very detailed and easy to follow. I feel the item is just another gadget that does the same as my phone or laptop. I will say the sound is brilliant.

Lenny F easy. Open up your settings menu. Go to wallpaper in Clock. Then scroll down until you see the words 24 hour clock. There should be a toggle switch to the right of those. Toggle until you see that it’s off. Problem solved.

Grant Fuller there is a hub built in, but certain plugs, bulbs still need there hubs for devices to work.i have the tradfri from IKEA, as these SEM to be the cheapest around. I have also a couple of Phillips hue bulbs that work without there hub, but with the built in Alexa hub. I've also purchased lights and plugs from Amazon that don't need a hub at all. All work great. Like I said IKEA system is the cheapest, just annoying you do need there hub, but at £25 it still works out cheaper as there bulbs start from £7 and there plugs are £9, add so definitely with the £25 if your buying a lot of bulbs and plugs. Xxx

Then seconds later I ask for another picture and that will show instead etc. Would this work on echo show 5? and can I add as many pictures as I want?

Echo show 5 is extremely stupid and burns my finger . It has glitched such that Amazon C's aren't able to understand.. They told me your screen is broken. Use voice commands to play. If I say Alexa play jack Ryan, it plays the video.. If I browse to the Amazon video of jack Ryan and select the episode and click play.. it says error.. to see the video visit amazon.com and see your purchase options.. Amazon C's says my screen is broken lol.. When everything works.. even video on tubi etc. This stupid Android device doesn't even allow you to install apks.. -_-

I own both the Echo Show 2 and Lenovo Smart Display 10 inch and I must say that the Lenovo screen outshines the echo show2 by a huge margin.
