- Two days before Christmas in 1991 it might have looked busy but News 8's Carol Hasson reported it wasn't as busy as previous years. At Cousin's Warehouse, people were buying washing machines, not camcorders. At Crate and Barrel they were buying useful things. At Ben Bridge, jewelry sales were up. Fashion Valley has changed so much through the years. This video is a good reminder of what the mall looked like almost thirty years ago. MORE: www.cbs8.com/a...
It’s amazing how far technology and society has come since these days. Visiting fashion valley mall a few weeks ago this video really feels
Eerie and nostalgic at the same time
Twas a magical year
Fashion Valley before they added the second story between Bloomingdale's and JCPenney in 1997
The second story between Broadway and Robinsons was not there yet either.
I might have been there!
It was so much better back then. Way too cluttered now and horrible parking. Haven't shopped in mission or fashion valley in 20 years. Shopped there every weekend in high school. Way too crowded now. And dangerous. Too much crime.
@@Jacob-nu4nd it was harder to buy a firearm or easier?
