Both my parents said salvation army did more my dad especially when he was in military wwii.. good will doesnt even have the203c for a charitible organization if you donate there you can't get a receipt that is usable for a tax write off this is true from the last time i asked them..also their prices are soo high i used to go but everything way too high priced

I tried getting into the Goodwill training in San Diego; CA. and in another state and was never given that chance and still doesn't have a job yet.
This is crap! $27/pound! I've been to several bins outlet stores in several different states and nothing was more than $3/pound!!!! Shame on Goodwill.
