Great video outside of you spinning the wrong direction..... Clockwise brah. Counter clockwise a couple of swirls after you feel like you are done. It will clear the grooves of waste....
to me it looks like you are swirling the whole pan against the direction of the designed pan swirls, which theoretically should move heavy ingredients to the outside of your pan, following along the swirls, instead of into the trap in the middle.
hey max. the swirls are riffles and operate like riffles you want only the heavies dropping into to bottom of the riffles so the light material is separated. there is slope on the bottom of the riffles to send heavies into the central well.

This looks to be a great product. I've seen it in other videos some time ago. Can you pan without classifying I wonder?

I agree with Max. It looks to me like one should swirl counter-clockwise to move heavies to the center.
@@xenaguy01 he is doing counter-clockwise
I've seen before, going clockwise first then counter clockwise to rinse the heavies to the center from out of the riffles and repeating
Good on ya mate, I will have to give the Turbo pan a go, looks like it might cut my test panning time in half!
totally will.
Как успехи?
Don’t use this pan if you have clay
Personally speaking, I feel it would work better with higher sides and stiffer bottom
Wow, so the Turbo Pan works unseasoned? I just spent 30 minutes seasoning my first Turbo. 😂
That oil slick surface seems so sketchy.
the manufacturing process uses a releasing agent so the pan comes off the tool easily. it wears off pretty quickly.
@@Turbopanner Awesome!
Ps, I love this thing. I am going through at least 3 times of the amount of material than I was with my other pan.
