Personally this type of video (the duration of the intros) is my favorite one, mainly because the intros being so "short" make you go from song to song feeling the variety of what you have
Don't know why, but there is just something funny about the intro being done, and that you just get to hear the singer gasp for air to sing just for it to skip to the next song😂
Yet some of the songs with the longest intros are fan favorites, such as Serbia, Norway, and France. Goes to show you don't need to be singing every second to make an amazing song!
This is not actually true. All time intro winner is Slovenia in 2009 with Quartissimo, whose intro was over a minute long. And also, fun fact: EMA 2004’s runner up - Kliše by Rožmarinke, had about 2:55 minutes long intro. Lyrics had only one word that was said at the end of the song: Silence.
It's a pre-recorded intro, she isn't actually singing in the performance. It's easy to notice, the hand in front of her face is empty and the hand with the mic it's behind her back
I always wonder why they put Italian and Latin as a language for Norway's song when I don't here it in Spotify... now I know it's just in the NF performance..
Not so sure about Austria... they're speaking at the start, not singing, whilst the beat starts in the background. I don't think the talking will be there at Eurovision, so there's a good 6 or 7 seconds from the beat starting and the actual singing starting.
I'm always amazed at the ideas eurovision fans come up with xD
We really do analyse everything 😂
I love that France is always the dramatic one.

Omg I never noticed before, but Norway's intro sounds freaking heavenly!! 3:21 timestamp

I agree, it's hilarious! 🤣
My favourite intro comes from Serbia 🇷🇸🎶
There's such a harmony😍
I also like the UK's and Israel's dramatic intros!
España en el 37 de verdad que tú te lo crees😝💩
@@charisanchez4138 You really don't understand English, isn't it
Ah… La Zarra the mommy of Eurovision !
The songs are only allowed to be 3 mins long maximum, so I'm surprised how long some of the intros are!
Yeah maybe our song of Czechia is quite repetitive but they sing almost the whole song except that one second after bridge....

Norways intro is by far the best! 😍🇳🇴
You should do a ranking of what song has more singing time (cutting out the space between each line)
✍️
Cyprus, UK and Norway have singing before the stated times.
Imagine if Iceland picked OK over Power, instead of a 0 second intro, it would've been 45 seconds or something
It's a full minute
So many dramatic intros for songs that actually aren't lol.
My fav intros are France, Spain, Austria, georgia Sweden, Denmark and Norway(performance version)
Alessandras (norway) italian intro is just so good 🔛🔝
I hope this Eurovision will be great. 😊
Best intros in my opinion: Switzerland, UK, Azerbaijan, Norway, France, Serbia
MOTHER is first as she should
Love the French intro❤ my 12 points
Australia, Latvia, Ukraine 🥰and my favourite one is Serbia ❤❤❤

ESC Samuel's video has a 21 second intro, which makes it the real winner!
😂😂😂❤️
Alika "Bridges" and Estonia 🇪🇪 at .9
France is very long true
Spain from 1990 with a legendary Bandido song is an all time winner - 45 sec.

Norway has the best intro imo

Queen of kings intro is best.
Norway isnt in fact that long, she sings in italian
SHE doesn't sing that, its backing

@@paucomas8289 o kk
@@myramoria7763 but she will probably sing it at Eurovision
@@CosmiinBtn Don't think so, I like the contrast between the backing vocals and her voice when she comes in, I really don't think they'd change that.
I decide to be good………. 🥹
do good,look good
UK and Norway's are the best. Uk gives my st music vibes!
Austria’s intro is also the first part where the talk.
AUSTRIA 🇦🇹
Technically the 'oh my god you're such a good writer' isn't a singing part in Austria.
Well, it's not me... It's Edgar
Who the hell is Edgar!?
Arent they singing in Norways intro tho. And i mean like actual words not just random sounds?
it’s backing vocals singing in Latin and Italian
Israel, UK and France are kinda similar here...
Serbias intro is out of this world 🇷🇸
does not Cyprus’s song start with vocal?
probably backing vocals :)
@@escsamuel But then u should also count Poland as background vocals
Is cyprus really 10 tho cuz its techincally his voic

Why are the songs with longer intro always better😩 6-1 (ignore 3rd place)
lol denmark
yeah I love it I don't care if it qualifies or not... it's such a nice song....
isn't cyprus supposed to be 0?
I took it as backing vocals

Shouldn't Cyprus be 0.00 seconds since it starts with singing?
backing vocals

Interesting! I kept getting annoyed during this cos I kept wanting to hear the rest of the songs !
