that cam lobe is wiped you need a new cam
@RobertBurroughs-qw7uw Here's the crazy thing, it works great! My buddy said the same thing so I hooked up a battery to it. Cranked over, pumped up the lifter, valve actuates full lift, 195psi on the cylinder. I was pleasantly surprised
