I rarely have the athletes I coach add any weight for the first two drills. For BTN versions, the triple pause jerks, and jerks with a pause in the dip, you can certainly begin to add load once technique is refined a bit more.
@@khmak9387 It's generally more about how much the bar accelerated off the shoulders as to how high it will carry upward. That's both a result of legs and arms. The legs are bigger and stronger, so the contribute more, but it's not like the arms don't make a significant difference.

How much are the triceps involved in the jerk, if we're actually diving under the bar?
Depends on the lifter how much they use pressing strength to help accelerate the bar. The legs are the primary driver though.
