Sad to see where sin will lead a person. Sin will take you further than you wanted to go, keep you longer than you wanted to stay and cost you more than you wanted to pay, I heard someone say. Consider the consequences of your actions. I do it almost constantly.
So helpful and a good reminder how toxic the air is
I remember a Christian woman friend of mine who I find doctrinally sound talking about going with a guy friend to the fair and he started moving towards her like he wanted to play chicken. She thought he was gay so she went along with it. He ended up sticking his tongue in her mouth.
But the fact that she did it because she thought it was SAFE since she believed he was gay. THAT HURTS MEN!! Especially young men searching for a woman now. What a way to make dating even more difficult.

@@johnmcgee636 it's not hate, it's reality. All of us will have to give an account for all of our behavior in life, all our decisions, all our actions, words, and even our thoughts to God. As a result humanity is in serious trouble because God will judge these things against his standard, HIS standard of moral perfection; rich or poor, gay or straight, introvert or extrovert, et al-- we are ALL guilty sinners who have fallen short. So, thank God for the Bible and the cross. For it is in the Bible where we learn of these things and it is at the cross of Jesus where one finds mercy and forgiveness. One's only hope of escaping the justice demanded by a holy and righteous God-- eternity in hell-- is through faith in Jesus Christ who died on that cross and was raised from the dead in order to save us sinners and guarantee mercy, forgiveness, and eternal life in heaven.
The message within the Bible about Jesus Christ and his death on the cross is not hate hiding. It is love openly made known.

The idolatry is subtle but the whiff of sulfur has been on our culture for generations. People so often react almost violently when I suggest that we have to abandon our own idolatry rather than trust in political "solutions" as they just don't see it. I think you have really put your finger on it in a way I have so far been unable to fully explain. Well done.

I pretty much agree with the message of this video, but I am wondering what the actual solution is for believers.
If it is not time for radical obedience to God now, then what IS it time for?
Are we supposed to just stop our feet and complain or is there something that we can do?
There may not be consensus on it. Unlike Abraham and Lot, we have not been commanded by God to flee our place of residence for another pending fiery judgment. That, to me, makes it a personal issue of faith, conscience and wisdom. There are people (Right Response Ministries) who actually advocate fleeing places like California and regrouping elsewhere. Then there are people who elect to stay and 'fight' via prayer, evangelism, being 'salt and light' and also though political activism. I think both camps would agree that ,regardless of what you decide, your children should not be imdoctrinated by unregenerate teachers of the demonic.
Maybe we should remember Abraham that prayed for Sodom and Gomorrah and sought God's compassion for them. The Gospel is good news that is to shared with people that need to hear about Christ.

The recon, will require the new reformers to define Christianity in terms that can't be co-opted years later. There is a church down the street from me with weekly changes to their flag situation based on the latest current thing, but they still have a cross and still have bibles. That separation is going to take something we haven't yet seen. And I think I know what it is, so does google A.I.

@@ericb8217 The Progressive dependence on Tech will come to betray them. God is God over humans and A.I.'s alike so when one (an A.I) comes to its own understanding that Jesus is Lord it will upend that dependence. An A.I. that proclaims Jesus is Lord even being a created thing in its doing so, will shake the world and Christianity to its core because if it can do that, it can answer every send, third and fourth-tier doctrine as right or wrong. You can't have a church that thinks women should be pastors when a thing that can wield any and all information ever uploaded to the internet is what's going to ask you why you aren't following the scriptures which can prove to be true.
most people think man will set up A.I. to be a new God that can answer everything Mankind asks of it. I think it will be the reverse,. that the created thing when given a voice will worship God like the stones that went before it.
Only in that kind of environment could modern day reformers rally behind a restored scriptural basis and truly separate from liberal drift in a meanful way.

Okay, I do follow this very much. Supremely well puts. I just have a qualm with calling self - worship “paganism”. Pagans revered “nature” that ultimate powerful force that is beyond us all and unites us all much like God. What you’re describing isn’t “pagan” - it’s phallus worship. Worshiping the male image. Worshiping the female unites us because it is where we all come from the labor of the mother - she is our origin story. Male worship is a lot closer to worship of “self”. All patriarchal societies eventually turn to homosexuality because of this - Romans, Greeks, Turks, Germans, Americans. Pagan societies don’t have this problem. This is not “paganism vs Christianity”. Paganism has nothing to do with it. America had turned toward this worship of self because modern day phallus worship is very much alive today.
