Wow, am I glad to see you back in the fight, Jared! Grace and peace to you and yours.
Thanks for the video.
A meek and Godly man knows when to unsheath his sword for the sake of Truth. Well done.
Well said, Jared. While I know that Founders Ministries will miss your presence, it is clear that Idaho needs a voice willing to speak the truth in love, knowing that a price is to be paid by all who dare to do so. Oklahoma needs one as well, which is why we are where we are. I hope to see you again soon, and will miss seeing you at the Founders meetings at the SBC.
As a Canon Press subscriber this is great news :-) I must say I was surprised, but pleasantly so, and these were powerful words of exhortation
Loving the Blog & Mablog style, perhaps Doug has started a trend lol great vid
Jared, thanks so much for that encouraging message. I'm currently serving as co-shepherd in a church where we recently had to let go of our senior pastor. I see the chaos you speak of and have recently become more vocal in calling it out as such. As I prepare for the slings and arrows, I will find great comfort, remembering the words and Scriptures you shared in this presentation. Blessings, brother.
you mean you will confront the senior pastor?
@@sutdhinanchaowonglert9312 No, actually the senior pastor was let go about 2 years ago. Currently, me and another gentleman are acting as co-shepherds while we search for a new senior pastor. Hope that helps clarify.
@RejoicingSon Nice of you to ask, my friend. The church is in a pretty good place at the moment. Folks have responded well to the challenges we've made for them to engage with the culture, to repudiate cultural Marxism, to defend children, to trust no institution at the moment, and to stand for life. Discipleship groups are forming, folks are being baptized, and new people are visiting and staying. We're very grateful for all that God has done to bless the faithful efforts of our ministers and leaders.
Besides the excellent content, I must praise your microphone. Sweet velvety sounds!
Read your recent blog post and now loving this one as well. Followed on FB and subscribed here…I look forward to hearing your thoughts. Thanks for putting this together.
Our pastor is beyond what we deserve but Jared is right up there too. So grateful for these men God is raising up.
Totally agree. Jared was associate pastor at Grace Baptist where I live (Cape Coral) and he was good friends with my pastor. They used to talk Covenant Theology, and one day my pastor says "Jared!!!... you're a Reformed Presbyterian "
About a year later Jared calls him and says "Dann, I'm a Reformed Presbyterian"
Absolutely wonderful how God works.
Excited to hear more in the future!
Love you brother! So glad to hear from you again!
While I enjoy and agree wholeheartedly with the content of this and with canon press, you sound a lot like Doug. Encouragement to be who you are and ultimately emulate Jesus Christ!
"...sounding like Doug" is not a bad thing. Since I am not familiar with Jared as much as I am Doug, I am glad there is a similarity in their "styles".
Both are knowledgeable and well spoken. I like it a lot!
Now tell us more about your move to Presbyterianism. I'm curious how that played out. I'm currently wrestling with it
We just left the SBC for the CREC 6 months ago. Now our 5 young kids give each other cheers with the wine and bread, as we feast and remember together!
Covenantal Baptist here, and just want to say to consider 1689 Federalism.
My goodness. I wondered what happened to you sir. I am here in Florida and am a fan of Founders. Miss seeing you but am thrilled to find you again and in this format. Never miss watching Doug Wilson and now you are in Moscow as well. I pray for both of you men of God. You speak boldly of Christ's Kingship . May God give all of us utterance to speak the truth in love.
Brother………your a Beast! I have watched everyone of your videos through the Canon app. And I must say, you spit that FIRE!!!! 🔥
Amen brother! Look forward to more.
My prayers are with you in Moscow which needs spiritual help for the Lord to bring transformation . I trust the will protect you and use you for his glory.
SPOT ON
Why wouldn’t you just join a good church where the Lord already had you?
I've heard three options from other pastors,
1. Reform your current church
2. Move
3. Plant a new church.
Belive it or not, the algorithm actually recommended the channel. Glad for it, you're a contemporary voice through which the Lord is speaking his ancient truth.
Thank you for being here👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾💯💯It is so good to hear your voice!!
Incredibly encouraging brother. Well wishes in Moscow!
A little Dougie fresh style! I like it and keep up the great work brother!
Greetings from sunny Florida 🌞 😆
What is best accessible introduction to Kuyper's sphere theory?
Stoked to hear from you Jared. Glad to hear biblical thinking is still alive and is being spread through the world keep plodding. His Kingdom is forever.
Looking to make the move so0n
Wow!! Fantastic!
👏 love this!
Tom deserved better.
The way you left
How you left
Shame…
Great words, and well said, but I was wondering on what Scripture would convince a person to baptize their babies, and what you tell them when they are older, as Scripture shows the example of baptism following a profession of faith, in obedience, as babies cannot make any confession, and when they realize their sin, and God's plan for Jesus to pay that debt on the cross, resurrection, is there another baptism, or like the catholic coming of age confirmation, some other recognition of the beginning of their journey, the beginning of their sanctification? Honest questions, not meant to be gotcha at all, and I pray God blesses your move, I enjoy Pastor Wilson, and watch Cross Politic, even though I am much more conservative, because I believe in the community they are working toward, a true gathering of believers for the troubling times ahead. May God bless your journey.
From what I've heard (primarily from Douglas Wilson) is that there are examples of families being baptized -- no mention that the children were excluded. I'd rather treat the child, grandchild etc. as my Christian brother. And they will continue to grow and if the fellowship is strong they should remain strong (perhaps our greatest weakness & failure).

What
How did you find out?
@@joshuaquintero4552 well, it said 53 subs and then I subscribed.
Lol, you're starting to sound like good ol' Doug already.
That's not a bad thing, btw, just an observation.
While I am watching this video, I get a news pop up about lowest population growth in US since its founding. Within the article, it states, "Idaho grew the most with a 2.9 percent population growth." 😆
About 45 years ago, I visited a Baptist church in Moscow on their potluck Sunday. Tried some of the bear meat roast, and it was delicious.
Knowledge has certainly puffed this guy up, but he’s not very intelligent.
your comment is not very intelligent.
Evangelical. Hello, McFly. There is only one true Church of Jesus Christ, and you ain't in it. Unam Sanctam Catholicam et Apostolicam Ecclesiam.
