It means the seat rotates independent of the track. The left and right sides can also rotate differently than each other, I did it that way on the coaster I designed in Hyper Rails. The reason the seats rotate is because of a 3rd and 4th rail that moves up and down independent of the actual track, and these rails connect to another set of wheels, which move some gears, which move the seat. It's very hard to describe the feeling as you near the top of the lift hill on X. Scary is close.

hmmm... it seems as if the ride isn't the scariest due to no one ever screaming loud. but i find it funny how everyone claps at the end

What the hell, it looks nothing like X, maybe somewhat of a mirror image, but its not the same, it looks way smoother too.
