Shout out to Coach Tomekia Reed and the JSU Lady Tigers on a phenomenal season!
Shade sliced that zone to shreds...Edwards looking great after missing 2 games, and Bueckers?? Come on..
It's a little misleading due to the nature of the highlights, but it seems like Jackson State made a lot of nice plays in what was essentially a blow out.
Jackson State was boat raced.
Just a quick question for all of you Basketball experts (I am just learning the rules): Did Paige 'double-dribble' before getting off her shot at 0:20?
Well sort of… but they called the foul while in the act of shooting.
Did she bounce it again on the up and under before the shot? I couldn't tell in these highlight package ⛳
Coach Reed called a timeout early 2nd Q and told them play dirty. And they did. Never seen such a hideous display of cheap shots, whining, forearms, and snarky mouths. JSU stinks to the core. What a horrible collection of felons. And the refs gave them leeway. Thumbs down. 0/10.
Curious to know how you know that is what happened? Were you in the huddle?
Sounds like you are racist! Coach Reed is not that type of person. People like you want to down play HBCU schools. These young ladies want to get an education and play ball.
"Wonder Woman" Bueckers, "Super Girl" Shade and "Seal Team 6 Edwards" all had a highlight reel game. "WW" is redefining the forward position with the kind of moves and body control that are usually found in rhythmic gymnastics. Those girls use a ball too, but not the way Paige does. "Seal Team 6" Edwards proved that she can make those midrange jumpers the way she can make free-throws. Ally Edwards could have a career in either the WNBA or Canada's Joint Task Force 2. "Super Girl" impressed all with her back-to-the-basket turnaround jumper and her newly grooved 3-point jumper. Those three were so good that Geno only went half as crazy half as often as he usually does.
