Thanks so much! You are making learning guitar fun and (Hopefully for me) do-able! At the very least, I enjoy it myself, whether I can ever sit around the campfire and play for others or not
OMG ... That is fricking brilliant!!! Found your Give a little bit (which is also brilliant) and then stumbled upon this one. Super well done. ... and you are right ... feel like a rock god with this little ditty. Thank you.
Excellent lesson! Man if I only had RUclips when I first started playing…. Again I am an advanced player. But I listen to you so I can slow things down a bit as I’m learning to sing and play. That’s the hardest challenge I’ve faced so far. Going from countless years of just playing, to using vocals as well
Hey Jake - thanks for the support man and happy to help. It is one of my favorites. and learning this when I was 15 was a game changer! Stick with the singing and playing at the same time. Have you seen the live replay of that same topic I did? You can find it here: ruclips.net/video/s982a_u3J_c/видео.html
Oh man, Kevin! That is one of my all time favorite songs! This was my first love’s song back in the day, and was the beginning of my love life as a young man. A song I will NEVER forget. My goal is to learn this, flawlessly! Thank you, Sir! You are my new guitar hero! God bless! 😎🇺🇸👊🏼
I know these are older videos but I'm just now going through them. This is another great video. You know on some of these classics I can do the strumming as the original because I love this song and I have listened to it a million times and still going. Just never tried learning it. My finger picking needs help also and thought that was going on in this song but I see now it's easy flat picking. Thank you sir.
If you learnt that as a kid - and you felt great afterwards then , thats a treasured gift your'e sharing with other people Thank You , greatly appreciated , the gift AND the lesson .
I just subbed to you a week ago. I love Boston. I had to laugh when you said you thought you were a rock god when you learned the intro at 14. I felt that way when I learned the intro to Wish you were here from Pink Floyd. I am trying to get back into guitar at 48 years old. Thanks for the lessons.
Great video. Only been playing for about 6 months but when i looked at trying this song I realized how impossible it was and was like "nope." Lol. One of the greatest songs ever recorded in my opinion!
Absolutely love these lessons from across the pond…..will there be any chance of Waylon Jennings Good Ole Boys (from the dukes of Hazzard) one I’d love to learn!
Just found your channel and am glad, you start with songs we know. Lol question I saw your dog and am wondering do you know what breed it is? We have one exactly like her we got down south, she was a drop and drive away dog and she’s super. But can’t find any information about her . Thanks again for the easy learning style.
Hi Rich. Our Maggie is a rescue. We live in Ohio. We did one of those DNA things with her. According to that she is German shepherd, Australian cattle, terrier and chihuahua mix. What a party! You are most welcome for the lessons. Thanks for your support!
Hey kevin thanks for the lessons i was wondering if you could do id love to change the work by ten year after ive been trying for quite awhile to learn this one i have a hard time knowing what strings im picking intoto each word and tou seem to slow it down and reaply while explaining thanks again
Thank you. Started guitar just before 50, now 4 years in but can’t play the crazy skilled barre versions of this all over the neck. I really appreciate this “normal, not super human” version for people like me.
This is great stuff! Loved the lesson! Question what model Martin is that, the HD-28? Have you done any lesson on the Electric guitar version of the song? Sorry for the man quesitons.
Good one, but I was a little confused at first on the intro because the Dsus4 chord diagram doesn't show your 2nd finger on the 2nd fret of the E. I eventually figured out that's just the regular D chord after you remove your pinky.
Just wanted to tell you that your song selections are great! Keep up the good work. Definitely subscribed to the channel! And looking forward to more videos. You have a relaxed simplified way of teaching, that makes learning these songs fun and easy.
@@Relaxandlearnguitar that's cool. I feel like it would be cool if you made a play through video of one of those songs. I have wrote 3 short songs and 11 long songs. But I haven't got around to putting chords to them. They are all country a few love songs, so I've been stuck on what chords would fit either.

On a humorous note, I keep expecting you to go into an Al Frankinn impersonation. However, love your lessons!

Yep a little. They both have that arpeggio and some similar chords.

Thanks!

I have a question Kevin. Have you wrote any songs of your own? If anyone else wants to answer the question as well feel free to.
