    Going from a keto diet to a high healthy carb diet improved my fasting glucose. Healthy carbs I now enjoy are beans lentils berries and potatoes. The key was reducing my saturated fat which blocks insulin receptors causing insulin resistance.

      Great comment. Keto and fasting is difficult; sometimes impractical if you work. You can still stay healthy without perfect Keto adherence.

    3. Pumpkin seeds
    4. Mix nuts
    5. Lentils
    6. Berries

    Cashew has sugar. 40 mg glyclazide alone got me 8.2 mmol glucose. With flax powder too, I got 6.7 mmol. With pandan 's solute too, I got 6.1 mmol after 3 wk. 100 seeds of fenugreek made my eyes blur, I'm trying just 3 seeds.
