#1 surprised me the most. My hubby has a 100% blockage of his carotid artery and his coronary artery. They've tried twice to do a stent, but he's too clogged. His body made its own bypass! His triglycerides were 598 on a low fat diet! After some research & switching to low carb, low sugar, mostly vegan diet, we've gotten it down to 159 in 6 months. I make everything homemade now. Store bought foods are really unhealthy. Great info in the video

I was very surprised to learn that K & K2 are so signifigant. Within the week my 92 year old mother who has taken Coumadin for 30 years as a preventative for stroke ( secondary to very infrequent episodes of afib) & who also takes Plavix & ASA has decided to drop Coumadin. She is a devotee of Flax seed. She gardens & preserves he own food, but severely restricts K veggies in her own diet. She has developed Macular degeneration within the past 2 years & takes Pressor- Vision II with very good results. I suspect that her macular degeneration may be secondary to vitamin restriction for all those years. Thank you for this information!

My understanding is that honey doesn't cause blood sugar spikes. Manuka honey is a natural antibiotic. There's always monk fruit and date sugar, as well as stevia. I don't like any of those, so I stick with honey. Occasionally I'll use organic cane sugar when baking or cooking, for the texture, since honey that's been heated has lost it's nutritional value.

Go to any Japanese supermarket. I am Japanese. But ,they're very stringy !! And here in the U.S.they are shipped & kept frozen ( not really good for the enzymes ,heat is very very bad it kills the nattokinase ,so don't pour it over hot steamed rice ! Japanese do that ,but unfortunately that's wrong ! Lol. )
The smell is caused by the natto going stale here ,almost inevitable ! In Japan they hardly smell like that does here !! And if you see white powders all over natto = broken protein ! They are deteriorating ! That's why .
There was an organic ,made in U.S.A natto ,but unfortunately ,they went out of business because of covid pandemic & lockdowns.
Natto dissolves plaques as well !! And they're the only food can do that !!! Some heart ,cardiologists in the U.S. prescribe natto kinase to their patients !!
But a lot of doctors don't know of natto here ! As they don't make $$$$ out of promoting it ! Lol.
The most westerners can't / won't eat natto !! Lol. But ,it's our staple for Japanese breakfast ,or even dinner ! It's most effective to eat it at dinner time as the most people get strokes & heartattacks around 4 ,5 am ,or so !! Once you consume natto ( natto kinase ) it remains effective for 7 hrs .I believe !! You need to take it like 150 MG of natto kinase everyday ,though ! So ,it's better to eat natto everyday !? Other than taking supplements ! The recent study confirmed my concern which was deteriorating kidneys ! So be easy on supplements ! 💜🥁🐉🎤💞

Hi Remise, the issue with low fat yogurt is that it normally comes with added sugar. Wholewheat bread turns into sugar in the body. Therein lies the problem. High blood sugar causes something called glycation which leads to inflammation and a whole host of problems associated with heart disease.

best to just juice it if you really want to benefit, or you could shred it and eat it raw. But to be fair juicing is the best it is more potent and therefore you should build up to drinking it. It is best to combine it with another vegetable such as cucumber and carrots when starting out, but if you are okay with it drinking it alone I believe that is best.
Also I have heard cayenne pepper in water 1 teaspoon 3 times a day is good. Start out slow half a teaspoon twice a day and build it up over time. hope this helps... God bless........

And also if this is not suited to the individual one can mix it with other vegetable such as carrot or cucumbers etc.So it really is a personal thing.
