You have said to see our healthcare providers for everything in here. What good is this? Most people who refer to this info on RUclips don’t have healthcare providers and don’t want one. They can’t stand you also. One way to get your doctor to quit you is to refer to any of this and/or ask for a specific blood test like a CAC, D3, etc. This is very real.

Makes me laugh when they tell you to consult with your doctor B4 taking any supplements. Unfortunately doctors are no longer aware of the benefits of supplements because they have been corrupted by big pharma. My brother was a classic example of this. I suffer from high blood pressure as did my brother, he chose to follow his doctors advice and was prescribed Beta blockers and I chose natural supplements like grape seed extract, Nattokinase and hawthorn extract. Last year he suffered kidney failure and bladder cancer and took his own life because of this. On his autopsy report it stated cause of kidney failure and bladder cancer due to long term use of Beta blockers.

Last year i had 2 diagnostic tests that showed a 25% blockage in my arteries. I immediately doubled my dose of Koncentrated K to 2 caps daily, and began taking 10-11K FU of nattokinase daily. A few weeks ago a sonogram showed 0 plaque detected. Now I also take 20-30 other supplements, many of which have heart healthy benefits. But the only changes I made were to the aforementioned. In addition I had a botched root canal heal itself. My tooth literally filled in with a protective layer and healed. I attributed this to the Koncentrated K supplement as well.

“Always consult your health provider” is an exercise in futility. Most don’t know anything about supplements. My doc ignores my comments/questions about supplements. So, I’m doing my research and taking what I think I need but it sure would be nice to get some professional advice. I don’t even know whether to trust the results of blood tests. Are the upper and lower numbers real or just leftover from the 1960s?

Very well said very well presented. Interesting about the fish oil capsules I myself I’ve never heard about a case calling for rancid fish oil supplements but of course we don’t hear about a lot of things in Hawaii lol got some good pointers as I was debating over the official supplements and I should’ve thought about it being in a docker bottle, which would prevent it from the sun, turning it rancid and I’ll get that liver oil For sure keep up the good work. Looking forward to some more of your interesting health videos. I really hope that if there are questions to be answered that someone takes time out to respond to the people that are listening to the information as well as asking questions because that’s a bummer if we’re listening and we have a question and you don’t respond, thanks again

    1. Cardiovascular Disease and Arterial Damage: The text starts by highlighting the seriousness of cardiovascular disease, stating that it accounts for a third of all deaths worldwide. It emphasizes arterial damage as a major contributing factor. The focus then shifts to exploring supplements and foods that can help reduce arterial plaque buildup.
    2. Omega-3 Fatty Acids: The text discusses the importance of omega-3 fatty acids for heart health, citing their role in regulating blood pressure, reducing inflammation, and lowering triglycerides. While acknowledging the benefits of omega-3 supplementation, the text warns about the potential for rancidity in fish oil supplements, explaining how this can be detrimental to health.
    3. Omega-3 Alternatives and Food Sources: The text presents alternatives to fish oil supplements, including argle oil and krill oil, which are generally more stable. It emphasizes the importance of buying supplements in small batches, storing them correctly, and prioritizing whole food sources like fatty fish, walnuts, flax seeds, chia seeds, seaweed, Nori, and spirulina.
    4. Turmeric and Curcumin: The text highlights the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric and its potential benefits for heart health, reducing joint pain, supporting brain function, and potentially lowering cancer risk. However, it cautions against extremely high doses of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, due to its potential to interfere with iron absorption.
    5. Vitamin K2: The Unsung Hero for Calcium Management: The text emphasizes the crucial role of vitamin K2 in guiding calcium to where it's needed in the body, particularly bones and teeth. It highlights the risks of calcium overload, especially when taken in supplements without sufficient vitamin K2, which can lead to calcification in the arteries.
    6. Vitamin K2 Food Sources and Supplementation: The text recommends Natto, a traditional Japanese dish made from fermented soybeans, as a rich source of vitamin K2. Other good sources include organ meats, especially liver, and aged cheeses like Gouda, Edam, and Munster. The text also mentions that pasture-raised eggs and grass-fed beef contain smaller amounts of vitamin K2. Supplementation is discussed as an option if dietary sources are insufficient, highlighting the positive effects of vitamin K2 on arterial stiffness and heart health.
    7. Magnesium Deficiency: A Widespread Problem: The text points out that magnesium deficiency is a common problem, affecting 57% of people in the US. It explains the importance of magnesium for numerous bodily functions, including heart rhythm, bone strength, mood regulation, and muscle function. The text suggests that muscle twitches, cramps, and sleep difficulties might indicate low magnesium levels.
    8. Boosting Magnesium: Food Sources and Supplementation: The text recommends leafy greens, nuts, seeds, quinoa, black beans, lentils, dark chocolate, and avocados as good sources of magnesium. However, it also notes that lifestyle factors and certain chemicals can deplete magnesium levels. Supplementation is presented as a potential solution, but emphasizes consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if there are existing health conditions. The text also discusses different forms of magnesium and their effects.
    9. Medication-Induced Magnesium Deficiency: The text highlights the potential for several common medications to cause magnesium deficiency, including diuretics, proton pump inhibitors, certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and some heart medications. The text emphasizes the importance of understanding the risks and potential need for magnesium supplementation while taking such medications.
    10. CoQ10: Essential for Mitochondrial Function: The text explains that CoQ10 is a compound naturally produced in the mitochondria and its production declines with age. It emphasizes that statins and lack of exercise can further accelerate this decline. Supplementation is discussed as an option, especially for those taking statins or having difficulty producing enough CoQ10 naturally.
    11. Berberine: A Natural Compound with Multiple Benefits: The text introduces berberine, a natural compound extracted from several plants, highlighting its traditional use in Chinese medicine and its potential benefits for heart health, diabetes, and overall health. The text emphasizes its positive effects on blood sugar levels, arterial health, and overall metabolism. However, it also recommends consulting with a healthcare provider before starting berberine supplementation due to potential side effects.

Smell: Rancid fish oil has a strong, unpleasant odor similar to spoiled fish.
Taste: If you taste it and it has a bitter or off flavor, it’s likely rancid.
Color: Check for changes in color or clarity.

Im a Type 2 Diabetic. I usex regular Berberine for about 6 weeks and it did nothing so, on a tio, i switched to the Dihydroberberine and in about w weeks my fasting glucise started steadily dropping. It ended up dropping back down to normal levels and has stayed that way

Once the bottle is opened I store it in the fridge and it's used within the month. As I write it states Best Before July 2027 on the current bottles I have.

L-lysine is essential for collagen production and may support overall cardiovascular health, but there's limited evidence directly linking it to repairing arterial plaque damage. Consult a healthcare professional for advice on managing arterial health. 🩺💊🌿

Nattokinase, an enzyme derived from natto, is available in supplement form and can provide some of the same benefits, such as supporting cardiovascular health. It can be a good substitute if you don't like natto or prefer a more concentrated form. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement. 💊❤️

At least 30 continuous days of Vitamin K2 MK7 - ideally liposomal - and closer to 2 MG - will reduce arterial plaque. Ideally, this should also be with MK4 version and perhaps all versions. It MUST be taken with Vitamin D3 (ideally liposomal).

Something tells me not to take Metoprolol Tartrate 25 mg TAB and Atorvasatatin and Aspirin 81 mg. I'm not taking none of these eventhough I have them. At the hospital a CTA discovered I have Superior Vena Cava Syndrome. Anyway, I'm scheduled for a biopsy of my Thyroid glands and some limph nodes on my neck. The ENT thinks I have a Lymphoma which is pushing a vein. The cardiologist believes that's the cause of the SVCS. I'm aware I have Hypothyroidism and been taking Levothyroxine for a long time as well as vitamin D3. I don't know what to do.

It sounds like you’re facing a complex situation with several health concerns. It’s important to work closely with your healthcare providers to address each issue:
SVCS and Lymphoma: Follow up with your oncologist and ENT specialist regarding your biopsy results and treatment options.
Medications: Discuss any concerns about medications like Metoprolol, Atorvastatin, and Aspirin with your cardiologist. They can provide guidance on their necessity and any potential alternatives.
Hypothyroidism: Continue monitoring and managing your thyroid condition with your endocrinologist.
Your health team can help you navigate these decisions and create a plan tailored to your needs. Stay in close contact with them for the best outcomes. 💬🩺🙏
