      so much more to it. watch dr. berg. you need to take vit d3 at the same time for the vit k2 to work. add in some magnesium. please look up dr berg. it will change your life.

      Eat spinach with eggs or avocado or butternut squash, make raw smoothie, good fats, helps break down into your cells to give you more energy, minerals and trace minerals can help your kidney as will lemon water in the morning it helps clear kidney and even breaks down stones...       Spinch needs good fats to break down and give you cells energy from eating spinch with eggs and or butternut squash, (make raw smoothie spinch banana avocado kiwi or another fruits cherry or apple. Add little tumeric and ginger root even powder ginger and tumeric can give you plenty of energy into your cells to give energy healther lifestyle gives you so much more than sugar can.     Can potassium blood test be valid
    According to many doctors Magnisium blood test cannot be most of it is in the cells

    Very useful information in this video. Just be careful with vitamin E. Too much vitamin E can be harmful. Probably stick to getting it through diet.

      @@celestine.love88 Too much Vitamin E can cause health problems. Look it up. Can cause heart problems if too much Vitamin E is taken over long periods of time. Use it in moderation.

    Vitimin supplements are not needed if you eat a mixed diet like veggies, fruit , meat etc.
    Vitomin D is needed if you live in darker countries like Canada , Scandinavia but not the whole year.

    There are so many lies in this video. Seed oil is so bad for the heart. Almond nuts that are not washed and still have skin on them are actually very bad for you.

      Yes, tocopherols are problematic, but tocotrienols are essential. Most studies done with tocopherols.
