Careful with Fish - plenty of them are now grown on Fish farms - fed corn they do not develop Omega 3's in their flesh - so eating them gets us no benefit We have to eat Wild Fish - those that swim freely in the rivers and oceans
Adding black pepper to turmeric makes it better. Garlic is best eaten raw as heat destroys the allicin. Flaxseed needs to be ground as whole flaxseed will pass right through. And the omega 3 in seeds are different than the ones in fatty fish so it's best to eat both
Sulforafane is supposed to be good at fighting cancer, too. It is particularly abundant in broccoli sprouts, which take only about 5-6 days to grow. They are very easy to grow and RUclips has lots of videos on how to do it. I bought a couple of wide mouth sprouting lids on Amazon, ordered seeds on Amazon, and you can pick up wide mouth quart mason jars at a hardware store or Walmart. Good on salads, sandwiches, or smoothies (similar to alfalfa sprouts).
Kelp can be a good alternative! It’s rich in nutrients and may be easier on your digestive system. Always check with a healthcare professional for the best options for you! 🌊🍃
Put a little baking powder in water half a teaspoon mix and drink couple of times a week, akeline will combat the gas , works for heartburn and acid reflux as well 😊
Take a digestive enzyme… you can get different types of them with primary enzymes for meat, beans, vegetables. Go to a good health food store and start reading labels on the digestive enzyme bottles
Sorry but eating plant seeds is a bad idea they're full of anti-nutrients the minerals you listed are not bioavailable and will not be adsorbed due to phytate oxelates. If people want to lower triglycerides they should drop the carbohydrates all together, eat more meat eggs fish and full fat dairy like hard cheese or butter. Triglycerides go up due to carbohydrate consumption remove the carbohydrates and the triglycerides will come down.
Eating carnivore and my triglycerides went from about 170 to 94 to 55. Of course, all I need to do to shoot them through the roof is eat plenty of sugary goodies, like kids cereals, poptarts, ice cream, and chocolate croissants every morning for breakfast. YUUUUUMMMM!

I wouldn't recommend flax seeds for soups! They should not be heated. At 43 degrees celsius they turn rancid!
How about including mmol/L as well, some countries use that scale.
Fish oil gives me constipation. There are some kelp I can use instead.
