    Dont do as this guy say, eat atleast 4 times..distribute 110 grams proteims (for idwal body weight guy) equally for every meal..
    So dont take 50 grams proteins at once cuz protein remains only for 6 hrs in body and protein synthesis is 24hrs work..also yoir body cant absorb more than 30 grams of protein at a time. So remaining protein goes waste.
    Eat chicken, soya chunks, eggs, psanuts, lentils, chickpeas etc. Together for 100 grams proteins..and mostly stick to plant based deit and reduce consumption of animal products if completely avoifing is not possible.
