Another reason I held off is due to people complaining about dire sublimation printing results from a Mac Book. I am looking at getting an Ecotank / Cricut combination. Can you please let me know what the heaviest weight gsm card these printers can take? I am asking in regards with print and cut, thank you!
INKcredible Greetings. For xp printers you have to find a company that sells the compatible refillable cartridges. You can use any ink such as Honestly SpINKing Sublimation Ink in those cartridges.
I currently have a sawgrass easysubli sg800. Spent a fortune on the printer and materials. I have never really been able to get it to where I can say I have it up and running. I am leaning towards Epson eco tank. What are your thoughts? Thanks for the great tutorials!

does the Pro ET-16600 use solvent inks or pigment inks? looking to use solvent because it can print on vinyl (pigment is NOT a vinyl friendly ink), as then I can skip buying a BN-20A and just get a Pro ET-16600 for T-shirt vinyl (3G Opaque and JPSS, ie pigment transfers, are garbage).

All ET are the same for the most part no matter if you are a beginner or vet. This video breaks down the pros and cons. I am not a big fan of ETs but the best of them all would be the 16600 and 16650.
I have the et2720 and I have missing segments in my black ink and I have done the nozzle cleaning and also the power head cleaning also and still having the same issue

Hello I personally do not go over 80lbs cardstock but for like Photo paper 45lbs is the highest I an go without jams

You really have to write it down and way your options. What is your max budget? What size do you want to print?

hello. no you can not. the ink that comes with it is dye and you can not mix the 2.
