On the rooftop of Batteriet, in Stockholm, is Celeste, a restaurant and bar opened by the Michelin-starred team behind Etoile.
Building on their experience in elevating the culinary art, the team decided to delve deeper into the bar craft, with the aim of creating the best cocktail bar in the Etoile spirit.
Having used Superb’s all-in-one platform in the past, Jonas chose it for his new opening as well, since it’s able to evolve and develop together with their restaurant.
