- Today I wanted to try the Every Room is a Different Colour build challenge in The Sims 4 with an extreme twist! We use a colour mod (Carl's Guides) to make even small items the correct colour too!

Pairing the colors with black as a unifying theme really worked! I love the purple dining room most, I think!
I feel like the 70s style would suit this whole challenge, I think all the colours could be 70s vibes
I love the orange room. Can picture sitting on the bed listening to some old school Rock and roll.
The entire build is stunning. I adore using colours in the Sims and irl.

I loved the yellow kitchen, especially the view from the hallway. The purple dining room does not clash to my suprise. It somehow compliments the kitchen nicely ☺The living room is awesome! I can imagine a hip young someone would have a room like this.
There's only one room that gives me the shivers, which really puzzles me: The pink bathroom. I do love pink! It could be the warm toned tiling, like Chinese take-out restaurant toilet tiles...

Purple and yellow are complimentary colours (opposite on the colour wheel)
It’s why yellowy blonde hair, gets toned with purple shampoo/toners ☺️ it was my favourite colour combination for years growing up! Still in my top 3 combos 😅🤣

Can you put more colors in the wheel next time you do this challenge? I would love to see like full white, black, brown or even cyan, lilac etc rooms! Loved the video
the orange bedroom is genuinely my favorite. i've been hopelessly into 60s/70s vibes my whole life, i love that burnt orange, pea green and brown vibe. the rug pick was absolutely on point.
I love the pink bathroom but I always love pink rooms so I’ll say purple dining was my fave!

I love seeing you build with CC even though my pc can't handle downloading and using a lot of CC in my game. So many CC items are just extravagant and I love the looks
I loved that you went the whole way and embraced the full colours for all the decor. I often make homes in the sims which are all one colour (yes, they can be ugly sometimes compared to neutral, but it's so fun to do!)
When I was on an internship for my interior design degree, one of the clients had just had a cantaloupe bathroom. Everything was the same color. There were no tints or shades of the color. It was the same flat color. They loved it but the designer and I hated it. It felt dead .
I love the purple room, especially how the green of the plant stands out as an accent amongst the muted purple colors.
I like them all but the purple, and green, rooms are my favorite. The yellow kitchen is way cool, but it maybe needed some wood tones to mellow out the yellow, I do like it though. :)
The yellow kitchen and purple dining go really well together so I have to choose those two, very cute build.

It would have matched the house more if you had just embraced the orange and black. But a 70's style isn't a lousy chocie.
But I get it. Blue is easy, while orange is hard.
Like anyone can mess up an orange room, but mess up a blue one that takes skill.

I love the apartment as a whole. Using black as the accent color really connects each space. I think the rooms where you really went out swinging with color worked the best. Thank you for doing purple justice and making that dining room really shine; it paired with the yellow kitchen just pops. The red bedroom was a teeny bit disappointing due to the black overshining the red. I feel like maybe some accent pieces for the walls or some red lights could have brought the red back into the spotlight. I always adore your use of color though. It inspires me to try and embrace more color in my decorating! I tend to stay with blues and greens and neutral browns but I think it's time to embrace more lol. 💜
that yellow kitchen is EVERYTHING
Honestly, the orange room is one of my favorites. That and probably the green room. The whole build, really. Looks like a really cool apartment for some hip roommates or siblings!
The yellow kitchen made me so happy. My grandma had a yellow kitchen, my mom has a yellow kitchen, and I have a yellow kitchen too! I painted my walls almost exactly the shade used for your kitchen, with white cabinets and black counters.

Honestly? I think the orange room seems like something you’d be most likely to find in a normal house :) the plum/red bedroom is also quite nice but I find the orange room really cozy actually 😅 maybe I’m just in an autumnal mood haha!
I loved the green room. When you first started it I thought it wouldn’t be my favourite but when you paired the black with it I thought it worked really well together. I loved all the plants since I love putting plants in rooms in my builds. Also I personally love when you use CC in your videos especially since it’s maxis match which is what I like to build with so it’s great to see it in game but of course not everyone has a pc that can handle a lot of CC or for the people who play on console so it’s good to see some none CC builds too. Loved the video!

I think I preferred the red room. Not a huge fan of red but I think it was the most cohesive and realistic looking in the build 😊
As to future videos…maybe like a teenager boarding school type build? Having dormitories and study spaces and all that might be kind of fun. And it could go either like super fancy like it’s for very affluent families or could be kind of rundown and like it’s maybe more for displaced teens.

I watched that movie one time when I was about 10 years old (15 years ago) and I have remembered and been inspired of the interior design from her apartment ever since, but I couldn't for my LIFE figure out what the title of it was!! Oh yes, as part swedish (raised here) and English speaking father it is fun to compare words. Like Desk, in Swedish the word only is "writing table", but in one word, and I like how some words are almost just the same and some sooo different. And I love when you RUclipsrs say "stoool" to the bar stools, because a chair is only called stol, or "stool" in Swedish 😁
Languages are so fun and I love English very much, and my father speaks in "swenglish", it is so fun, even to his NZ-family nowadays, he moved here as a young adult, over 30 years ago, and because his language is so common he didn't have to work as hard, poor thing, he had to ask us Swedes to only speak Swedish with him at some point, and he even thinks in swenglish he says 😅 Like almost every born Swedes these days...

I was thinking about a challenge that I'd love to see you do.. How about a "Not So Berry" challenge but in build mode. Each generation is a specific color, like make the whole house with each generations color and maybe career. Idk if you've ever done that but I think you'd be so good at it. I love your builds❤️ .. Even a NSB LP would be awesome from you. ( Again don't know if you've ever done it before lol) Anyways thank you for your content, we love you and you did amazing 🤩

Deli you asked for people that could live in a monochromatic house to tell you in the comments. I am one of those people! My living room and dining room are all shades of green. Think like on a paint chip sample, where it goes from light to dark. The greens all coordinate. But I loveeee it!!
Love this video, but I wouldn't call this extreme. Extreme is having every object including walls and floor be the same color
I've never had a color-themed house. But my sister did. She actually had the yellow chicken, red master bedroom, green lounge, and another blue bedroom/office. The bathroom was white though. And I love the yellow kitchen in this build.

Put Felix André and Harriet CC back in my game today, and it made my heart so happy! It’s so beautiful and I got to make a gorgeous beach house. I thought I could be happy without CC, but it’s definitely not the same as the pure joy CC brings 🥰
I used the Max To The Decor wall frames to do a gradual colour wall and I will definitely so it again. Loved the vibe of it. They are such a great addition to the game!
Blue may be easy to wear for you, but not so much on my skin tone.
I don’t dislike the color, but red suits me much more lol

I just love watching you build, I get a lot of tips for building even when you use cc. Do a mix of maxis only and cc builds, I use cc sometimes and seeing you use cc helps me understand how it all works together😊
fun fact, my childhood house when we bought it was a rainbow when u follow the floor plan. entry way was purple, living room blue, kitchen green, dining was yellow, the office was orange and the bathroom was red. and then all the room upstairs were grey scale. i loved it!

The purple room was the best for me. As you did the live mode tour I was like what is that painting in the livingroom wall but took me a while to realise it was TV that was turned on😂🙈
I like the green room the most. I probably wouldn't want to live in a colour-coordinated home, but I might like it in a hotel.

The dynamic house of colour deli you did a fantastic build
My first language is Dutch and my favorite English word is ''effortlessly''. Its because of the song ''Impossible'' from James Arthur. The first time I've heard that song, I was around 8 years old? The way he sang it, it had so much impact on me. I dont know what it was, but It started to mean something to me over time as I grew older. Of course, I wasnt able to understand the language at age 8, but when I eventually did and was able to relate to the lyrics too, it felt even more special I guess?

I'm furnishing a house Lilsimsie built based off of a floorplan, and I'm planning on decorating the entire interior and exterior, which would be the backyard, with Ravasheen's CC as much as I can, and other CC where Ravasheen's CC don't have any, but I have so many of her mods, that I'd not be surprised if the entire house became decorated by Ravasheen's CC. The only exception I'd make, is leaving the landscaping Lilsimsie did as it is

I live in a merged generational family so we have a lot of colours, styles, patterns. Myself (+ siblings), my parents, grandma and my great grandma all live here

Mum: 48 (sleek modern, muted colours)
Me: 19 (loves maximalist interiors)

@@LadyCynthiana absolutely. Perhaps like the make up sliders. So you have decent swatches as an inspiration but can adjust them in color and shade. But the whole system with different patterns and textures I would't need personally.
i fell in love with the color wheel, texture changing and pattern changing in sims 3(I could make everything wicker:p)...I was sooooo sad to see it disappear in sims 4.happy someone is trying to revive it!

I went through a phase of colour coordinating rooms… not this extreme but still. Was actually quite nice as each room had its own vibe and I picked relaxing colours. I’m not as matchy matchy now. Thank goodness 😅 😂

You should do a 50’s color pop build and embrace the 70’s shag theme for a build too!
