I Agree too about Gene Simmons saying you come to any Country learn English he is a great Rockstar I grew up with KISS and their music

There's a lot there that I disagree with but one thing I can't disagree with is him saying, "If you come to this country, learn goddamn English." I absolutely cannot disagree with that at all whatsoever. He's 100% right about that.

Yea, Gene is a really sophisticated. thoughtful man. Also, KISS was really niche, for such a long time (when they initiated and debuted in the earlier 1970s), and they promoted themselves really well and effectively.

    I was born in America.
This interview between Dan and Gene is from 2014 and soooo relevant still today and forever.
Due to my line of work, I traveled all over the world for many years.
I spent up to 200 days a year traveling.
I was never one of the rich and elite. I was just another hard working guy earning a living.
Even with all of the corruption and controversaries of current years, The United States of America is still the best place in the world to live.
    God Bless America....

I wish a few more would.
He talks a lot of sense. Britain is suffering the same rubbish currently.
I think you may have just lost a few French fans though Gene 😂.
Not Jewish myself but I have Jewish family. They are the most hardworking, genuine and generous people. I don't want to get into whats happening in Gaza, that's hugely complicated.
But if we're talking cultural traits here, fitting in is what it's all about if you're a newcomer, and that's what Simmons and many others have done.

Unfortunately some of us native born Americans who worked from age 12 years old and I was disabled at age 35 and I worked from age of 12 and they took ssi Medicare from every check and they don't pay you back what they took from me since I was 12 and I think side they took it then they should give it back and enough to survive and enjoy life we didn't ask to be disabled and they took it like that but I have to wait and go hungry and lose utilities and food and a place to live but you don't see the federal government paying for medical bills or medication and they don't worry about being homeless. But they sure take it and make people disabled just to they want to

He is correct, America is the land of opportunity. If you work hard, apply yourself, don't use drugs, and the government gets out of the way!!
This starts in elementary school, get straight A's, earn a college scholarship, or enlist in the service, learn a trsde you can use outside, become a productive member of society.
Or, you can sit on your ass feeling sorry for yourself and go nowhere ... your choice.

Gene is SO full of it! America WAS a much better place decades ago, before we became an Oligarchy, Corporatocracy, Theocracy, Idiocracy, and Kakistocracy (please look these words up if you need to). Gene is in an overpaid profession where you make tons more money than most others. The USA, in so many areas of quality of life metrics, has fallen behind. And, the argument that many still choose to come here so we are great doesn't hold water. Many also go to other countries too in the EU, as well as Australia and New Zealand, for example. The USA is just one country many foreigners move to. On the other hand, there are record numbers of American expats that have moved abroad in the last few years, because America is not what it used to be in so many ways.

the USA that Chaim Witz came to in the 1950s was a fantasy land compared to the USA of today. the population was half what it is now. the standard of living and quality of life was a lot higher. the USA of today is an overpopulated, unpleasant, stressful hell hole. I remember the 80s the USA was like a giant amusement park. even the 90s were great compared to the death spiral that started in the early 2000s with the destruction of our factories and elimination of what freedoms we had left.
