Black Paint is a Full-Time Job - 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra

This very low mileage, 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Convertible was purchased recently by the current owner. It has been “meticulously” maintained during the course of its life.
However, as you guys can see in the video, this 15,000 mile example looks like it has 150,000 miles. It’s at KleenWerks for a Paint Correction and Protection so the owner can put it into storage.
This was just a video to show you guys that no matter how much of a Car Enthusiast you are, there is a right way and a wrong way. The wrong way can ruin the look of your car and be costly to repair.

Great quote black isn’t a color, it’s a full time job. I have a black A4 that comes out in December as I garage my seasonal sports car. The A4 is going in for paint correction this month as it has swirls and blurs in the paint.

It’s mentioned in the video; I’ve been using P&S Knockoff Wheel Cleaner on almost every single car I do. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it.

You ain’t kiddin. Bought my 04 cobra vert in April with questionable paint also. Spent nearly a week getting the paint right(not a detailer by any means). Coworker said: I don’t understand what you did to your car, but it’s like a mirror!” 🥲
