I am so satisfied and inspired by hearing you say things like "gotten tons of wear" and "bought 2 or 3 years ago" - it really encourages me to wear and love what I already own, if I can. Also I'm wearing my Fingers Crossed tee right now! :)

The idea that this is a long time to own an item of clothing is so bizarre to me! I have pieces in my wardrobe that go back 10+ years, and shoes that 15 years old.
I love your capsule wardrobe series! It would be cool if you also made a video after each seasonal capsule wardrobe video showing how you style the pieces, like a "week in outfits" or a lookbook. Just a suggestion of course :)
Loved this video, especially your honesty about having issues with body dysmorphia when wearing certain styles / items. I‘m struggling with that quite often myself, although I‘m actually content with my body, so it really helped me to see that represented here. Hope you had a great time in LA!
If you put lavender sachets/pillows in with your stored clothing, it’ll naturally kill bacteria and help avoid musty smell and discoloration!! Also great to keep in your wardrobe or drawers. This tip has changed my life.
i loved the honesty of this video. i also put on weight recently that's making it difficult for me to fit into some of my clothes that i previously really loved wearing and its nice to see someone on yt talk about this :') you have a really lovely style- i especially loved that patterned skirt you were wearing in the vid
I'm so sorry for all the flickering in this video! I updated Final Cut (my editing software) and it seems to have been a bit glitchy! Such a shame, so sorry about that!
thank you for this lucy! i'm currently feeling really uninspired with what i should do for my autmn wardrobe and you've really inspired me! i love your capsule wardrobe edits
I just love your videos, your voice is just so nice to listen to and I always leave your videos being happy and satisfied. I would say you are my favourite you tuber. I wish you had more views as ppl are missing out!! xxxxxxx
Has your camera had a bit of a breakdown? I thought my telly was broke for a second and had to go over onto my MacBook to check because I can't afford to replace it and needed some reassurance lol
I'm so jealous that you have 4 seasons to switch clothes and wardrobes out! I'm from Sydney and we really just have summer clothes and summer clothes with tights and a sweater if you're lucky!
Loove your body positive attitude towards your weight gain. + you look super cute in the outfit you're wearing in this video :) It would be cool to see some try-ons in your capsule wardrobe videos. I know that might seem repetitive seen as you roll over so many pieces, and I imagine it takes a while to film, but I love the chatty lookbook style videos you've done in the past - they kind of act like a moodboard of your wardrobe which I love the aesthetic of.
Yesss another style video 😍 just what I’ve been waiting for. I spent all of yesterday organising some of my clothes and this is motivating me to finish the job! Xxx
I love that you keep on saying that it’s fine to have gained a little weight and that you’re sure that it’ll go away again at some point. That’s a really healthy way of approaching it and I’m at the exact same point right now and I don’t beat myself up about it. It’s fine! And even if it doesn’t go away too soon, that’s okay too 💖☺️
I just stroked out for the first 14:14 of this video because I wasn’t wearing my glasses, then you said I’m forever inspired by the anna edit and I was like... WAIT A SECOND... WHERE AM I AND WHO AM I WATCHING 🤣🤣🤣
It's always great to see someone recycling clothes or getting loads of wear out of their pieces and looking after them, and I know you don't really shop new anymore but please stop buying from brandy melville.. A brand which does not include everyone isn't a brand worth investing in #StandWithYourPlusSizeSisters
How do you like the new stalf trousers? I have the old ones and love them to death so I was thinking about getting another pair as well. Just wanted to know what you thought :) 💙
How did you find someone to do alterations for your clothes? I want to try getting my clothes altered but don't know how to go about finding someone who does this. Thanks!
sittinginstarlight13 you can just google tailor in your area and then look at the reviews for them so that you know you’re using someone good. Hope this helps
Oh my goodness same with the weight gain. There's this really amazing knee length denim skirt I wore about five times last autumn that I recently got s t u c k in, like to the point where I was considering cutting it off of my body with scissors. Other than that though I've surprised myself with how well I'm handling it, I'm actually starting to think I look better now that I'm a little fuller than when I had my ED, and its mind boggling to think that I'm confident right now considering me a few years ago felt the need to take such drastic measures at a lower weight. Its weirddddd as hell getting older.
Omg I’m so sorry but the idea of getting stuck in a denim skirt is so relatable to me 😂 glad you managed to escape! And I’m thrilled you’re in recovery, you’re doing great ❤️❤️
I'd love to be comitted to a capsule wardrobe but i'm so insecure about how skinny and boney i am and just opening my tops drawer gives me a mental breakdown
& Other Stories, Arket, Brandy Melville, Weekday, Mango are all fast fashion and non sustainable. If anyone wants a clothes brand that is much better try Komodo or Ethical Superstore who also stock clothes.
I try to slow down my fashion purchases and go by the thirty wear rule as second hand shopping isn’t always practical or easy! I shop second hand where I can though, and I hope the people who watch me are encouraged to slow down their buying too x
You know if you go to the store and explain you washed it the way it wanted to be and it still shrunk/went bobbly often the sales assistant can hook you up with something (refund/discount/swap) ext. I hate to see you rebuying things knowing this 😬
It confuses me so much when you say that you love a piece but feel insecure in it or don't wear it at all, or that it's too short - why keep it them? I love your wardrobe, though!
Often I feel comfortable in items depending on the environment I’m wearing it in! I feel insecure in 90% of my clothes but I think it’s important to push myself and grow my acceptance of my body x
hey i think u changed ur editing style in a way that makes the video whiter,, you look really pale and some colors arent really understandable…. it would look better if the colors were similar to real-life

Áine Órga yeah exactly! I’m a sixth year student and I still have some items from mid-middle school!
I love your capsule wardrobe series! It would be cool if you also made a video after each seasonal capsule wardrobe video showing how you style the pieces, like a "week in outfits" or a lookbook. Just a suggestion of course :)
I agree! This would be so cool!

Repairing and caring for your clothes extends their life a lot! Jumpers with bobbles can be easily shaved, and then just washed on delicate in future
my favorite time of the season is when lucy's capsule wardrobe videos start coming out 🥺
i loved the honesty of this video. i also put on weight recently that's making it difficult for me to fit into some of my clothes that i previously really loved wearing and its nice to see someone on yt talk about this :') you have a really lovely style- i especially loved that patterned skirt you were wearing in the vid

you seem like such a lovely person i love the upbeat but also calm? energy your videos have
Her voice soothes me so much👼🏻
Love love love these types of videos ♥ Lucy has the ideal fashion sense
For a hot second I thought it sounded like Mango, the store, sold chopping boards. It's been a long day...
thank you for this lucy! i'm currently feeling really uninspired with what i should do for my autmn wardrobe and you've really inspired me! i love your capsule wardrobe edits
Your capsule wardrobe videos have been SO helpful for me! I'm studying in London for 3 months and need fashion inspo to fit this weather :)
I just love your videos, your voice is just so nice to listen to and I always leave your videos being happy and satisfied. I would say you are my favourite you tuber. I wish you had more views as ppl are missing out!! xxxxxxx
you can soften up a wool sweater! i’ve used vinegar. i’d look up the exact process, but it helped!!! my mom also uses hair conditioner :)
Has your camera had a bit of a breakdown? I thought my telly was broke for a second and had to go over onto my MacBook to check because I can't afford to replace it and needed some reassurance lol
watched this while knitting a scarf and it was so nice and relaxing thx lucy!!
Watching you pull out all these jumpers makes me go to London and enjoy a little bit of coldness. Where I live it's still over 30 degrees
Hi just wanted to say that I’ve been obsessed with your content recently! *And I love you*
I'm so jealous that you have 4 seasons to switch clothes and wardrobes out! I'm from Sydney and we really just have summer clothes and summer clothes with tights and a sweater if you're lucky!

Omg I was so excited for you to upload this video!!! Please continue to do them they are my absolute fav
Yesss another style video 😍 just what I’ve been waiting for. I spent all of yesterday organising some of my clothes and this is motivating me to finish the job! Xxx
YESSS i have been so excited for this since you announced you were filming it!!
You can probably soften the wool on that grey H and M jumper! Just see what kind of washing stuff you’ve got!
I love that you keep on saying that it’s fine to have gained a little weight and that you’re sure that it’ll go away again at some point. Thank you for this video✨ I love getting new inspiration
If dress is too short, wear it as a long blouse with cycle shorts ;)
Perfect wardrobe Lucy 😍
Los Angeles apparel!!!
I just stroked out for the first 14:14 of this video because I wasn’t wearing my glasses, then you said I’m forever inspired by the anna edit and I was like... WAIT A SECOND... WHERE AM I AND WHO AM I WATCHING 🤣🤣🤣
I love your outfit in this video!
Have you tried soaking the itchy grey jumper in some water and hair conditioner to soften it?
It's always great to see someone recycling clothes or getting loads of wear out of their pieces and looking after them, and I know you don't really shop new anymore but please stop buying from brandy melville.. Has RUclips broken or am I early? Either way love your outfit Lucy
Is anyone else getting a black flicker in the top left hand corner? 😭
I re-exported the video twice and I still can’t work out why it’s there. I’m so sorry!
@@lucymoon its ok, probably RUclips's fault!!
loooooove this 😍
Also are you restocking the Cleo tee again? I’d love to buy the size small but it’s sold out
loved the vid. random q- where are your hangers from? 😂x
"The best jumper ever" what size did you buy it in? Your normal size or size up? And doesn't it itch, it's wool, right?
How do you like the new stalf trousers? I have the old ones and love them to death so I was thinking about getting another pair as well. Just wanted to know what you thought :) 💙
Re: Nudie Repairs
I busted the zip on my Nudie’s at work! They did accept them for repair at the Chapel St Store in Melbourne ❤️
Where is your raincoat from the thumbnail in?! 😍
I have really enjoyed this video :D It inspires me to declutter. Btw, have you considered to stop supporting fast fashion?
How did you find someone to do alterations for your clothes? I want to try getting my clothes altered but don't know how to go about finding someone who does this. Thanks!
sittinginstarlight13 you can just google tailor in your area and then look at the reviews for them so that you know you’re using someone good. Hope this helps
A year late but…most dry cleaners also do alternations!

heey girl, saw you while in line outside the dodie show in LA and really wanted to say hi but im awkward lol, kinda regret it know bc ilysm
Maybe you can crop the Short light Blue dress and wear ist as a top instead.
I have an idea!! Can you remake the video where you sang daisy daisy give me your answer do?
I'd love to be comitted to a capsule wardrobe but i'm so insecure about how skinny and boney i am and just opening my tops drawer gives me a mental breakdown

Lucy, what is the 30 wear rule? Do you have to wear something 30 times before getting rid of it?
You know if you go to the store and explain you washed it the way it wanted to be and it still shrunk/went bobbly often the sales assistant can hook you up with something (refund/discount/swap) ext. I hate to see you rebuying things knowing this 😬
17:04 How tf is that a dress??!
I adore you :)
❤️❤️
My school dresscoooooode is forcing me to be ugly 😞😞
