What's your fav gaming mouse that released in 2023?
its gotta be the G-wolves HTX, its pretty great :D
I loved the Dav3p but it was way too big for me. Took the plunge and tried the Vaxee Outset AX and I think I have found my new mouse 100%. I think if they ever move to optical it will be a big hit for people that want them. The build quality of the mouse is insane and I have no complaints. Have a mold of the NP-01s coming to see if I would like the shape. I normally like an ergo and non-ergo mouse + an MMO mouse but it doesn't have to be top of the line.
@@darth_cheezusit is a big one for sure
DA V3
Ninjutso Sora 4K
Hey, got a quick question. I've been on a long hunt to find my end game mouse but I've yet to find it. The latest one I've been using is the MZ1 but that doesn't quite feel right - it's way too small. Now, after watching your video I'm eyeing the Pulsar X2-H or X2-V2. My hand size is 19.5cm x 10cm, and I use a claw-palm grip. Any thoughts on whether these mice would work well for me?
i got a razer viper ultimate and im really attracted to the Zowie EC2-CW, but im not sure which one of them to take and also not sure if it would be a better replacement for my viper or maybe i should go for something different? Im from Mexico so not much options aside from the big brands.
seeing you praise the xlite v3 so much gives me much hope for when I get the size1 when it's available
If i am used to the glorious model o for now using it for a couple of years, should I go to the o2 pro ? I am good with the glorious model o now but idk if a full mouse switch from another company is worth it if I am used to the glorious mice
should i not get the deathadder v3 pro? i have found it with such a discount, plus i found nothing else except for it, if i keep looking for something else i might find "something" else, not specifically what i would be looking for (i live in a terrible country so i shouldn't expect much) do i just go for it, and buy the deathadder v3 pro?
the editing is amazing and the information on the top of the mousepad is so helpful ❤
Thank you so much!!
For me its the thorn. I always come back to it, having also atlantis, rvmse, beastx etc
Nice list brother! Some great picks in here. :)
Just wanna say thanks a ton for showing the measurements at the beginning of the video, it puts everything into much better context for those that didn’t know!
Awesome, glad it was able to help
Hey, what are your thoughts on Lamzu Thorn?
I bought today m75 air in 62 usd you think was a good choice?
I’m using the pulsar x2 mini green founder edition and still really like it. But those new ones you showed looked great too.
The new ones really do feel much better
Yo bro. No one has reviewed the Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed. I was wondering if you could review it? Thanks
I got the Lamzu Atlantis OG V2 PRO in Miami blue and it’s by far my favorite mouse so far
Best mouse for big hands? I have the Logitech superlight but it’s too small
hi techne would you do a best budget gaming mice 2023 ?😆
I may stand corrected about my favorite mouse of the year, the Vaxee XE. I received the WLmouse Beastx today, and I need to some real playtime with it, but after a couple hours of playing COD with it, it feels amazing. Fantastic clicks throughout, although the side buttons are on the smallish sidw. Has a rock solid build quality, and the chunky dongle is actually cool and not totally useless. I really like the shape, even though it borders on smallish, but I can make it work. Software suite is actually polished.
I am going to be using a razer Bask v3 pro for every day use and rpg's/less fast paced games for all the buttons.. But now need a mouse for pure fps gaming.. I dont want to have to spend another 200+ dollars (Bask with the charger, puck is sitting around 300 cad) Does anyone have an idea what would be the best budget lightweight ergo mice like these.. around 100 cad or under!
Thank you very much, I don't agree with this list, but this is a nice review.
Got the lamzu atlantis mini pro. For someone with a fingertip grip with small hands this mouse is top tier. No regrets
I would love an Outset AX as well, might be a pink or yellow one as I already have a wired XE in blue. lamzu Maya is also on the list in red but purely for it's shape (don't know if Thorn is for me but I do need a V2 Atlantis and maybe a update for the V1 Mini I currently run). DAV3 shape would work for me but I can't run their software on Mac so that I'll pass. Another mouse I have on my list is the WLMouse Beast X in purple. Other honorable mentions on my list are the Pulsar Xlite V3 ES and Ninjutso Sora 4K.
Honorable mention for Shenzen mouse are the Attack Shark X3/ Kysora M600 duo. It's like a mini GPX and QC/build is decent as well for under 45euro
I tried the model o and the viper ultimate and my hand hurts after playing like 2 hours, but when I got the deathadder v3 pro I can literally play 8 hours straight without feeling it. it’s expensive yes but you won’t change it for years (: 10/10
Just picked up a razer death adder v2 pro with charging dock for £70. After using it I really would never ever need a better mouse than this. I’ve never used a mouth so smooth and comfortable, could not justify another £60 for the death adder v3 for its minor upgrades. I have pretty big hands and it’s very comfortable.
The wicked cushion which you recommended are realy nice and cozy . By the way love from india i like your vedios a lot ❤❤❤❤....
I dont understand the 'sideflex' about the deathadder V3 pro. Someone care to explain? Was about to buy it.
Overtime the wireless version get a mild amount of side flex. With it being a bigger palm mouse, you notice and feel it a bit more.
i bought a Razer Deathadder V3 with the dongle 8000 hz and is fantastic ,also for my hand is perfect and i'm curious also to try Vaxee and lamzu and other mice
8000hz lol this whole polling rate thing is an absolute gimmick. I'm sure Optimum tech pretty much debunked the whole thing saying past 1k there's basically no difference.
My favorite is DeathAdder V3 Pro .. and man.. its so weird that you got 3 units of it and all of it flexes , I look it up , seems like lots of people had the same problem but not for me fortunately .. I guess I got lucky... and Im using this pretty hard too with all the aggressive lift up and flicking while using it for Valorant
Yeah, I had to revert to the wired one. Such a great mouse
Sadly my Lamzu wouldnt work on wireless after their last update and they wont answer me when I contact them ;(
my fav gaming mouse release in 2023 is zowie ec2 we and razer deathadder v3 pro ....
Not a single one with multiple buttons on the thumb side (like Corsair Darkstar rgb wireless) :c
Mine side flexed so bad, you could hear it popping when it flexed. loved it other then that.
I hate that you can't fit a magnetic connector in atlantis' usb port.
I use my sony xm5 for my gaming headset. Noise cancelling and adjustable mic. But I dont talk so i dont need a mic. My tv has built in bluetooth.
Honourable mention to lamzu thorn, ultralight x, pwnage stormbreaker, wlmouse beast x, viper mini SE, sora 4k,
For sure 👍
Sora 4k deserves a spot instead of Corsair and Thorn instead of Zowie
I don't know why Ultralight X is there when the 2 is already out.
@@joelconolly5574 what?
@@CRAiCED. Nevermind I was thinking of the Superlight 😂.
So far Lamzu made a perfect score with each drop
It's the best mice of 2023 video, but I still have a recommendation of razer basilisk ultimate, it is a bit of weight and the price is high, but I've been using it for literally 3 years since they published it. The ergonomic is just right fit in my palm so perfectly. I'm not a mice guy who really concern about all the mice, but I do like to change my mice every 1 and a half year. But to basilisk ultimate, I didn't find anything better until I met pulsar xlite v2(and very likely I will change it to v3 later). The basilisk ultimate just feel solid, I'm a moba game player not fps, the right button feels really good, light and has a solid feeling of clicking it. The battery life and charge speed are good, I could actually use it for a whole week(with playing it for 7 hours each day) without charging it.(I do turn of RGB, useless feature to me). But god knows, just my opinion, pulsar does end the game this year, I found it double-click, but I finally found the problem that the debounce rate shouldn't be set too low like I set it to 1ms, set it to 3ms or higher and it would be all perfect.
Now I'm confused because I didn't see the Model D 2 Pro among these mice, even though you said it was your new main. did i miss something here?
I did have the new Glorious’s mice on here. But yes I do prefer the new pulsar Xlite v3
did you watch the video lol
@@BALLBOY52 Nope, I dont have time. I just looked at the description.
It's hard to choose between the Deathadder v3 pro and the Pulsar when you recommend the Pulsar over the Razer one and someone like boardzy recommends the opposite.
It's all preference, I would skip razer as I run a Mac as main PC and Synapse doesn't work on that. Pulsar mice I don't have yet. But the Paraspeed XXL Cordura is great so I suppose that's also the case with the latest Pulsar mice.
I’m in the same boat. Bought both to try em out and am gonna return one. Got no idea which one I’m gonna hold onto
Any updates?
Excellent work Techne. Imo Pulsar was the winner this 2023 in every single aspect.
thanks man! And I agree, pulsar is just on fire!
So happy you put zowie on the list ! We have to give zowie praise for what they did , so many good mice that are clones from them , and i love it ! And man the outset ax is just perfect
razer viper v2 pro vs g pro superlight 2?
My fav mouse is 100% the DaV3 Wired. Straight up solid and fits my hand like a glove
I still love that thing
@@TheTechne I've straight up smacked and thrown this thing since release and there's not a single thing wrong with it, just a grab a bungee and its an S+ tier in my book
I love the energy you bring to these videos Techne
Is the logitech g pro superlight 1 still relevant?
As long as you're okay with micro usb, everything else is still amazing
X2H and Thorn are the mice I bought this year. So those are my top mice of 2023.
Hey man, I cant decide between these two, which one do you prefer? Thanks :)
@@dumitrumalcoci2090 Comfort is Thorn hands down. I tend to use it overall more for games and browsing. For PvP in shooters, X2H.
4:12 I have deathadder v3 pro wireless in white and no side flex even tho my Grip strenght is fenomenal
Superlight with hyper scrolling is all I ask.
top mice at top price. happy with my $50 projects gaming sleeper
Anyone should make a super lightweight ergo like the beast x. 40g magnesium ergo would be a banger. No one needs more mini mice.
Hands down best reviewer
x2H mini is god tier and ive tried literally everything looking for the perfect mouse, dont think ill ever switch
all my other mice are show pieces atp
Such a great mouse.
why the thorn not on the list tho :v
Not hating but I dont get why the vaxee outset is so good. It seems heavy for a gaming mouse that I would expect esports athletes use
i love the sora4k
I need a mouse that's stupid big. I have larger hands, even bigger than yours. Of the ones I've tried and I have seen, they are so darn small and I hate the button placements. I swear I need a custom made mouse.
Its a pity that no one bothers putting side buttons on the right side too.
Zowie S1 wireless when???
Why didn't you review the corsair m75 air? Yet he is in your top list of 2023
What makes it even worse is I tested it for so long, and I think that’s why, I was just so behind
@@TheTechne i just ordered one! The shape is different and somewhat new, and i like the kinda g703 shape
YOU SHOULD REVIEW WL MOUSE BEAST X
soon
Vaxee XE wireless was my mouse of the year, even with the weight. Seems like all of my lightweight mice have sort of issue after a while, so maybe there is some truth to Vaxee's build integrity concerns by going lighter.
The weight balancing of Vaxee is actually insane. I had the Dav3p and went to Outset AX. The weight difference to me is negligible yet you would think that around 10/15g would make a significant difference.
@@darth_cheezus That's how I feel about the XE as well. It doesn't feel as heavy as it is, and I immediately forget about the weight once I start playing.
I love the Deathadder v3 pro wirless. The flex doesn't bother me. However my current favorite is definitely the glorious model i 2. Those 4 side buttons are perfect and its the perfect weight for me. Though i had to use a fair amount of grip tape. Trying to use it without grip tape is like trying to play games with a bar of soap 🧼
How would you compare the i2 to a mouse like Pulsar x2h mini?
No sora 4k 😢 i have the atlantis 4k but the sora is just better at everything than the atlantis better clicks better qc better coating but i like both shapes maybe i actually prefer the sora a little bit better so yeah of all mice ive tested sora is my favorite this year!
Still great video techne!
I can't use anything but my naga pro v2 wireless...
You like Ergos, I prefer Ambis and some prefer Fingertip mice then you have hand size to factor in. My choice for 2023 is the GPX Superlight V2, and while we both play Call of Duty as a measurement on Shipment my normal is 100+ kills.
However, I own way too many mice, but my favorite are my 3 modded GPX Superlights. For my shotgun and knifing classes the Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro w/V1 Superglides (Yep the heavy one) interestingly and not my DeathAdder V3 Pro with either V1 or V2 Superglides.
Razer certainly can top themselves by honoring the original DeathAdder V2 and its predecessors design and shape! The Logitech GPX Superlight can easily outshine itself by offering a hot-swap PCB with an extreme carbon fiber shell like the Zaunkoenig. The ULX is a cheap fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP).
Shape is King 👑
😂
@@facial26 .. Either play me in CoD 🫰💀
Normal is 100+ - I've played about 100 games of Shipment and seen over 100 once, must have been you!@@DJaquithFL
@@facial26 .. SBMM, you're in a different tier and I mostly play Hardcore. I would say 75% of the games that I'm in multiple people have 100 plus kills.
Here's my CPU-Z J8P8UR i9-13900K, RTX 4090, Corsair Flex 240Hz OLED, etc. My mouse is a GPX Superlight with TTC Dustproof Gold 60M, TTC Silver encoder, Tiger ICE skates and weight mod (I have three different modded versions of the GPX). KBs are a modded AKKO MOD 007 V2, hand lubed Purple Pandas, 42g springs and GMKs, and AKKO MOD 007B HE (magnetic hall-effect @ 0.3mm actuation for WAD keys, 1.5mm S), 35g springs, and GMKs.
AFAIK for my age (59), I'm one of the top players in the world. Take my gaming seriously.
@@facial26.. Let me add this, the reason that I play Shipment is because SBMM constantly puts me in lobbies where people are absolutely using wall hacks because Activision's anti-cheat is trash and isn't using an AI nor does their game encrypt the hitbox data. On Shipment most cheaters can't keep up with the chaos of their little red boxes. Plus I like the adrenaline of that map, although I much prefer that they use the MW 2019 or Vanguard's Shipment because this one is garbage.
Once you know all the spawn locations and are using the correct kill streaks, it's a no-brainer. The only other reason I play on shipment is because I'm trying to get the 1000 kills per gun mastery completed as quickly as possible. I had Interstellar unlocked way before Shipment was added.
pulsar or gpx supperlight 2
where is razer cobra
nothing beats Pulsar right now, very good weight, very good price, shape, coating, build quality, performance
a few weeks back my Razer Viper V2 pro's dongle died for no reason and razer wouldn't send a replacement, so i got the Pulsar X2H mini and its absolutely perfect in every way for me
cannot recommend pulsar enough
100% agree
@Destinylover14 Oh dear, I'm maining the viper since last year, should I be worried?
@@zexton4351I will never use a razer anything other than a keyboard. Everything else I’ve had has stopped working, and the mouse drove me nuts
@@zexton4351just randomly died on me today😭
You could have grabbed the 4k dongle for cheap to upgrade your current mouse but instead chose to pay more than double that to get a different mouse 🤔
4:09 I can't believe he pronounced Faker like that.
Pwanage stormbreaker is better than zowie wireless EC series mouse
no left handed mouse or ambidextrous? bouh lol
RAZER WHERE IS YOUR VIPER V3 PRO BROOO RELEASE IT COME ON JUST DO IT
having a dad like you is so cool, your son is blessed
Ur sleeping in the Sora 4k and OP1WE
Techne is an ergo guy and the ambis in this vid is neck to neck with the ones you wrote... So yeah.
No end game gear mouse is criminal.
Great Video also pronounced its fake - er like a kick - er
1. Best Headsets
2. Best Mice
3, Best Keyboards next??
Maybe
Who holds the mouse super hard for the side flex honestly. That shouldnt disqualify the deathadder lol
It’s actually a common issue, sadly. But the wired one is solid
htx 4k
Finalmouse ULX clear >>>
hmmmmmm
F I R S T C O M M E N T
Logitech gpx user punching the air rn 😂
😂
I have similar hands as him and the gpx is just too safe imo. Can’t figure out a good grip for it.
Asus ROG Harpe Ace
Too bad Armory sucks D*CK. Making a great mouse such as that useless
@@Filip1389_ Just save your setting to the mouse and never use Armoury Crate again. Sorted !
Xtrfy m8
For me
G502 gang for life 👌
lmao
Bruh I copped some of these new ones to try em out and I’m thinking of sliding back to the g502 heavy this boy gang fr
are you sure these are gaming mouse?
The real question is, what is gaming?
Double you
You can't be recommending wired mice in 2023 😝
Man that DAV3 is so good
Faaaker version haha
Disliked the video for the following reasons :
1. Unfortunately, you always say that you don’t follow trends but you actually did, because the trend now is light weight small mice and that is the majority of your channel now.
2. Not a SINGLE mouse was mentioned that is good for MOBA/RPG/MMA games, like the only games that exist are fps.
3. Not a SINGLE mouse was mentioned that is designed to be comfortable or good for work or productivity.
4. All your focus now is on light weight small mice that are overly priced and we all know is made from cheap plastic with no attention to details whatsoever, all those small light weight mice feel cheap in the hands like they are cheap Chinese toys, I really hate this trend and prefer heavyer mice that are well built from premium materials with attention to details, rubber on the sides, large feet, braided cable etc... Not a single mouse of these has a unique feature, they're all the same...
When I first subscribed to your channel it was because of a video where you said you don't follow trends and that you like big heavier mice with comfortable shape, I thought I found the perfect channel for mice, but unfortunately you're all the same.
So disliked and Unsubscribed.
90% of the mice here were ergo 🤦♂️
1. It's not a trend, light mice perform objectively better
2. Why do you need a different type of Mouse for Moba
3. Most mice he mentioned are huge comfortable ergo shapes lmao
4. That's just flat out wrong. Rubber on the sides that can wear off is terrible and heavy mice are built out of the same plastic. If you're so keen on premium materials, why don't you own a magnesium alloy mouse?
And which "unique feature" do you want from a mouse? 2 Buttons and a good sensor is all that's needed, not some gimmick junk
it's called "preference" bruhh
Not a single mouse with a thumb rest was mentioned, not a single mouse with more than two buttons on the side was mentioned, no mouse with pinky or ringfinger rest was mentioned... Replying to only one part of the comment is a weasel move.
@@ahmadfodeh3413Thumb rests are useless and force you into a specific grip. And you can't realistically use more than 2 side buttons while having good mouse control
Astro A50x plz
yes
