- As as 30-something year old woman I have learned a few things about self-care and what it really means to take care of yourself.
It's important for anyone, but especially for people who find themselves alone, with only themselves as a companion. It might not be what most people desire in life, however it can be extremely rewarding to start filling your own cup. With some changes, big and small being alone can bring comfort, peace and contentment.
These are just a few thoughts I have to share about my experiences.

This is wonderful. Thanks for sharing. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
I have the same reaction every time i see those falls. I am still in the process of learning to help myself like i help others
Those falls are always amazing and they change so much depending in the time of year. You could try this... Every time you do something for someone make a point of doing something for yourself that equal (or better) you'll soon get use to it ✨️👍
I love that you have said "no" to toxic positivity. So proud of you for everything you said in this video.
Thank you ✨️ everything is a process🖤
As a 36 year old still trying to understand how to be an adult, this really resonated with me. Love how peaceful this video is❤
If you figure stuff out before I do, make sure to come back and fill me in!! 😅
Congratulations on learning to love yourself. I finally did that after I retired. The world is so much brighter when you love yourself. I live in solitude these days, and quite honestly, while I do miss having a special someone to share my life with, I'm pretty happy and not wanting to really change it.
Amazing that it takes people so many years along life's journey to reach self-love. It's not just instilled in us upon our arrival here. If solitude brings peace than it should be cherished not avoided. Thanks for watching ✨️❤️
@@WildEmpress I wonder if we actually do come into the world with it, but our parents and society break it down and we lose it.
That would be a tragedy 😔
So wonderful❤!!
Thank you very much!!
That’s an amazing video, thanks for sharing! I think that for me one of my keys to happiness is to also accept feelings that most people would consider negative. Of course that doesn’t mean that I actively seek for situations in which such feelings arise. I don’t know if that would work for everyone but for me it works.
BTW, I found your channel because Jonna shared your video in which you painted a portrait of her which is amazing!
I appreciate you so much for taking the time to check out another video of mine even though it was just the Jonna painting that brought you here. I do believe that it is healthy to experience all our emotions, but your right no need to seek that negativity out!! ✌🏻
@@WildEmpress Thanks - your videos are amazing!
