I got very very lucky with this tutorial. I got to download twrp before i got stuck in a boot loop. Mr. High on Android's video taught me that i can boot into twrp and clear the data or cache. It rooted my phone and stopped the boot loop.

What about the wugfresh's toolkit for nexus devices found in xda? Isn't that safe and all in one solution for nexus devices? Used that for nexus s, galaxy nexus and nexus 4 and had no worries with that. It does save your Ash.

I have no issues with who I am, If I did, I wouldn't be on cam... right from the time I've started, I've never shied away :) On thumbnails for reviews I have my face in full color ;) With thumbnails, I just want to draw attention to what I feel is important to that video... so even on videos with no hands, like the unboxing yesterday, I still turn everything b/w and just the screens in color... With hundreds of videos, you need something unique so that ppl relate you with that... so thats b/w backgrounds for non review/comparisons and me on the thumbnail for reviews/comparisons... just figuring stuff out :)
When I got to pushing the zip file into the phone it said no device found and I replugged and still nothing. Either it worked when I manually put the supersu into the sdcard folder.

I was following this exactly how you said but when it was time to install superuser it sais error: device not found. now every time i try to start it up it is stuck in a boot circle. The only way it turns on is with the bootloader locked. Please help me C4Tech

Disconnect all devices that are connected to you PC then when you type in "adb devices" (phone booted up) or "fastboot devices" (phone in bootloader) you should only see 1 device. And uninstall or disable any emulators you have.

i think NexusRoot Tool Kit is the best user friendly kit to root/unlock and whatnots on nexus devices
