  • Thank you for clicking on my video today I wanted to share with you guys a couple of reasons why you should not become a delivery driver .Now I decided to make this video because I'm starting to notice people quitting within the 1st month and I figured that if they were to see this video they would rethink about applying for this position.

    My first day alone was 117 stops, the next day was 186 with 80% of em being apartments. Got it done but barely 😂

      @@2pacalypseish yep. When I got hired, it was 10 per day ,flat. So I’d finish in 6 hours beach I had the nursery routes, but still get paid for 10 hours. That lasted all of 3 weeks. Now I do way more work for less time.

    I been an employee for over a year it does not get easier especially during peak When you are required to work 12 hour shifts pick up a 5 th 12 hour day mandatory . My job as a picker is very physical . You are required to make a rate and task time . It’s very draining . Looking for a new job. A lot of ppl who started with me are gone They continue to have new trainees Why ? Because the hours and work over load

    • @williamh604
      @williamh604  2 года назад +1

      You know, before they moved my dsp to a different parking lot. I would go inside the facility to get some ice and water. Sometimes I would run into the managers (tier 4 &5) and I would ask them about how much employee's get paid and how the work is ? They would tell me that they themselves wouldn't work those hours or that job position (pickers). 🤔they also said that Amazon is always hiring because people are always quitting.

    we were all told today in the meeting that the next 3 weeks are the most important weeks for our dsp (guessing the peak rush) and i guess if we don't make certain goals we could lose the contract and we all won't have jobs.....the day our dsp contract gets terminated i wont be coming back

      Yes! Believe it or not some people hate this job for these reasons plus many more. I did this video to give people a little understand on reasons why people quit and why they shouldn't become a delivery driver. Which is completely okay this job is not for everyone. There are plenty of jobs that have their Pro's and Con's and in this videos I shared some Con's. Let me be clear though Everything I say is my opinion 🤓.
