My old dsp was so trash when I was in an accident that wasn’t my fault since the driver didn’t stop at a stop sign, I received no call from the owner asking if I was okay and he gave me a week suspension. Now im at a newer one and they treat me like a human being. Never going back to the one I was with again

Do homeowners ever tip the Amazon drivers? I have an elderly parent who orders Amazon stuff nearly every day. It’s kinda embarrassing. I’m starting to think if some people just left a buck for the driver, they could make an extra $50 a day. Is a measly dollar insulting or appreciated?

Dude you were right, I bought a pair and lasted a whole year when Skechers only last me for 3 months, I’ve tried Adidas, Reebok and Nike and none of them feel so comfortable and well made

My DSP was constantly putting people on stand by bro. & They short changed us on our hrs alot of the time. Some pay periods we'd get our 80 hrs, other times I'd get 60-70 hrs a pay period. It just wasn't consistent. Crazy thing is, I went back to look at the application & they straight up lied on there. They didn't say anything about being on stand by & said there's plenty of opportunity for OT. Straight up lies bro. Be careful what DSP you end up working for, ask plenty of questions in the interview cause the application may be bs. Also didnt get no damn sign on bonus

Tip #1 Take the hat off while driving. Tip#2: Don't do videos while driving and delivering. Tip #3: When you get in the Van have three points of contact at all times (not the one armed hop). Tip #4 Get pepper spray or air horn for the dogs.

i had 80 stops all apts; two of them being the hardest apts to hit consensus among the drivers there; 270 packages 90 commerical 27 overflow is this fucking normal? its my third day driving

I just finished my first week by myself. 4 days straight. I'm here in Austin, Tx. The heat I can take but these old weird apts. Some of their numbering is just super wacky. I probably averaged about 40 stops this week. Gps takes me through tiny back alleys. I'm hoping to stay on this route only because I'm becoming familiar with the area. Majority of my route is old apts & all the way to the third floor. Anywho, I'll see how long it takes for them to fire me 😆

I also got bit by a dog on my route with no signs of the agression. Its so crazy how fast it can happen. I was walking up to deliver a envelope too and 2 big bulldogs come out the garage sniffed me I didnt think anything was going to happen bit me on the innerside of my knee. It hit my nerve, hope you healed well. Make sure to bring treats to throw to them on your route to deterrent the dog from coming close. Guy wasnt apologetic and didnt believe me as I had deep holes in the back of my leg all cause "my dog would never bite anyone they never did it before." I wouldnt let my dogs near the public just like you said, they can have a mind of their own. I had to switch careers

Can dsp reduce hours legally? They schedule me for days, then last minute an hour before work starts they say do not come to work bc of Amazon reductions

I have a very hard time finding information on DSPS in my location specifically they don’t have websites or postings don’t have their numbers or contact info . I lost my job at another DSP I kind of quit but want my job back badly and have an interview right now actually hoping I get it back 🙏🤞

How did you finish your route so fast?! We leave out around 10:30 ish and I’ll have 105 stops and still finish at 5:30 or later…

What up man, I work at Amazon in Los Angeles. I've never tried the lunch trick even though I'm aware but we also have to simultaneously clock out of an app called ADP. It's illegal to skip lunch in CA, but I've survived Amazon for three years, four DSPs. Thanks for the video, keep working hard.
