Hey brother third day on the job you definitely earned my respect it ain't to easy I have a question loading up overflow I never seem to understand in what order they should be placed? Any tips?
3rd day on the job nice! So Overflows the way I would organize mine is in numerical order. For example If I have 10 totes for the day and my first tote has 2 overflows. I would first number both of them #1 and I would pack my van from greatest to least. So I would pack my #10 overflows first then my #9's then my #8's and so on until my lower numbers are the first to appear when I open the back of my van. When its time to deliver the first O.F I go to the back of my van and once I open it the first box I see should be my #1 O.Fs . That's the way I've always done it and it seem to be efficient for me.

Is your dsp on the strict side? Are helping other ppl mandatory, once your done w route?
Well, they do like their drivers to follow the rules. I do not have to help out others after I'm done with my route . If I do it's really rare.
Did do all dsps hire part time? I can only work Sunday and Monday
Yes ! Some hire people just for the weekends. But as always you have to ask your own dsp if they offer part time.
How you deal with the seatbelt BS
I have it clipped on the whole time. I just put it over so the camera doesn't catch me
