Good question! So I actually have a medium sized ice chest that I take to work. I store all my meals in there to keep them cool throughout my day. Pre made meals are also good and delicious!
I have a video on how I warm up my food. 1 hour before I want to eat I take out my container and put it out on the dashboard to let the sun heat it up.
