    You have been ssooooo helpful! I am a self taught piecer and long armer and needless to say, I have never had a “perfect” quilt😢. It’s helpful to know that people actual have issues with their quilts and it’s not just me😂

    Are you not worried about the moisture getting down into your bobbin case?

      Nope, it’s a very light mist and when steaming, I don’t do this near my machine. It’s dry by the time I stitch.

    Thank you......I have never done that as far as the water, starch and iron. I can see that would be a good trick to know.

      penny powell thanks! I don’t think I shared the end. It was such busy fabric that I probably thought a photo wouldn’t show much. It was nice and flat! Thanks on the tool tray, found as a mechanics tool tray on Amazon.
