No, we won't. It is very costly to do what you want and my videos are free for all. Thanks anyways, hope you also enjoy our latest series "MYODE - Make Your Own Diagnostic Equipment" and GDI - Gasoline Direct Injection.
Thank you. So far as cleaner I don't know what you're referring to, but the NOx sensor is a modified wide-band sensor made to sense NOx Oxygen decay. They don't work like the old O2 sensor, if that's what you mean and their purpose is to only monitor the NOx catalyst, as seen in our other videos. Thanks and let me know if that made sense to you.
Yes, it decomposes the NOx and then once the NOx is decomposed the O2 is separated and then the extracted O2 is measured. These chambers are tiny and minute, so we're talking about small amounts of measured gases. But, this system stresses the importance of a clean running engine. These guys are very sensitive and prone to damage if the engine is not maintained properly. Thanks for posting.
The blue and light blue are electrode or catalyst? To measure the current, I would imaging you measure the purple and red electrodes instead of one purple one blue?
I have a problem with my NOx Sensor unit on my MK5 Golf fsi.. got a major service and full diagnostic where VW quoted me over £600 for a replacement but seems to be a common issue.. I think its moisture or something of the sort thats caused the EML to come on and make it faulty.. how can i reflash or fix it?
upper limit reached on an audi a4 for nox sensor? is this likely to be sensor or the Cat efficiency being poor with high nitrogen content, how would I test this? a gas anyaliser?

Cool video as always!!! How much cleaner is this set up VS old setup on cars??? Thank you!!!
Well, despite the voice, it your videos are exceptionally good, and it's great that they're free. Will check out your the others too. Thanks

Sure
Is it basically a sensitive wideband or what? Seems it still measures the oxygen content of the exhaust.

Good explanation thank you
Welcome
Thanks so much...and don't forget the THUMBS up...
The NOx sensor ihave has 8 wires instead of 6. They go complicated with time...
I appreciate that...
I know Im quite off topic but do anybody know a good site to stream newly released movies online?
@Jayson Reid i would suggest Flixzone. You can find it by googling :)
Great info
please explain in simple word
Nothing simple about a NOX sensor.
Thumbs up.
