    Hi everyone, I know many of you have expressed interest in this NOx sensor tester machine, we apologize that we didn’t get back to you sooner. We had some family issue to deal with this week, didn’t spend much time on RUclips! The link to the tester is here bit.ly/3oegOs0

    Thank you for this video and your time. I always appreciate your videos, as I learn from every one. It is especially helpful to me because I use a Snap On ProLink Edge too. I just had a DD13 the other day with similar codes. I R&R the Nox inlet sensor and ran a regen. Everything is good. Normally, when I get Nox related codes I do a regen just to watch and see what the PPM measure is and to see if they read “stable” or not, for conformation. Thanks again. 👍🏻

      You are welcome! I do the same, regen every time after working on emission stuff. 👍

      What should the ppm count be?

    • @TWR358
      @TWR358 Год назад +1

      For me and the fleet I maintain, Which are anywhere from 200k-900k mile tractors, after a PM and a regen I see around 100-125ppm on the inlet side and around 5-15ppm on the outlet side. Hope this helps.

    Ryan, great content, great video! Quick side question, I noticed that you were using a Snap-on scan tool, I remember when you got your Jaltest set up, did you end up not liking it? Just because you used the Snap-on one on this video, and only because I'm about to pull the trigger on one. Thanks

      Hi there, we have been using Jaltest for 2 years now, love it! We also have the snap on pro link edge here. But using Jaltest more. We are the dealer for Jaltest, feel free to call us, we can provide more for your specific questions.

    Multiple comments asking about the diagnostic tool, no responses. Where can we get this tool or similar? Without it this is closer to "How the dealer can tell if your NOx sensor is bad".

    Hi, I have a question. I got 2020 freitliner cascadia dd15
    Just changed nox out sensor
    I got readings
    nox inlet value average of 410ppm
    Outlet nox value average 257 ppm
    Different between sensors 157ppm
    Nox concentration sensors values inconsistent
    Does this mean I need to change the inlet also, or is something else wrong,

    After having my eld put in...all the sudden my def gauge went to empty and engine light came on.. disconnected the eld light went off.... reconnected the eld went to start it, then the def worked fine, but the diesel fuel shows empty... disconnected the eld and everything is showing no faults....do you know what kinda sensor would cause that on ISX15?

    What a scam OMG , I bought a 2020 cascadia and was in the shop twice in 3 months and one of the reasons was the nox sensor put my truck in limpmode forcing a tow to the dealership , Do not buy I repeat do not buy cascadias with x15 cummings way too many issues with sensora faults and bad weak ass Modulate. These new trucks are a complete scam.
