Debra Souther - thanks. I believe you are correct. I think Ludmila used some powder like this before in making faux stones which led me on a merry chase to websites like Aliexpress. There I found powders for nail art and ultimately, powders for automotive painting.
I like the fact that Ludmila introduces so many products and techniques as she experiments. Even if you don't want to make stones, etc. her videos are springboards for your own expression of creativity.
