I agree I'm still using my pixel slate with the detachable keyboard and that thing is still amazing! People like MKBHD bashed that thing so hard but yet another moment of his opinions being wrong! And I still got two more years of updates on it truly insane I love that thing!
All I want is thinner bezels, 120hrz display, AMOLED 4K HDR display, magnets for a stylus, pretty much everything the iPad Pro already has but within the software I'd like to have a desktop mode when docked to a keyboard. The best of both surface tablets and iPads. This does sound expensive but I want it.
Pixel tablet 2 need 120hz screen , no bezels , sim card slot and or E-sim , 12gb ram and sells gonna explode 🔥. Google very need to stop limited his potential
3:00 would be insane if the dock has HDMI's and USB's so when you dock the tablet at your desk it just turns right into a desktop mode with monitors, keyboard and mouse!
That would be awesome actually. I also don't see too big of a hurdle in the way of that, so we could see this in the future imo. But let's not get ahead of ourselves.
What the Pixel Tablet 2 needs never mind the v3 is a new Speaker Dock but this time with CAST so it can be used as a Google Home speaker so you can cast the sound from the tablet to the dock & use the dock as a Google speaker even if the tablet is not on the dock. Great to replace a Nesr Hub Max.
I think the Pixel tablet was a solid re-entry to the tablet market and I'd like to see Google improve on the concept to hopefully draw more of a user base, perhaps with more accessories and versatility
I'm a little disappointed that the iPad mini didn't come with a 120Hz screen. I hope that Google will come up with an 8" tablet that can compete with the iPad mini.
@@estiennetaylor1260thank you for saying this, it's a tablet, why would people want it to be small? 🤦♂️ You usually don't carry it with you most times and it's meant for a big screen experience
@@omonighoprogressoghenetejiriEvery product has its own target audience. Some people prefer a smaller phone that can be used ONE-HANDED for texting, etc. iPad Minis are easier to use one-handed for watching movies on the train, bus, etc.
Pixel Slate has matured into a beast no one talks about. Software is mature and performance is great. If the 2027 model has gps and cellular option, I would be a buyer.

Pixel tablet 3? I just want the nano OLED, 120hz (160hz if pro) Google style keyboard (white with the green, yellow, blue, red, alternates.) New gemini features. Instead of Tensor G5 or 6 how about a custom tablet processor outside of the phone model. Tensor GX5 or GX6 the first Google Tablet processor variant...sounds hella costy but if we're sharing ideas 💡 😅
Spoiler: Google has already given up on tablets, again, and they won't release another device in this form factor for many years - if ever. Part of Pixel Tablet 1 was a strategy to entice developers to make their apps more tablet-optimized like on iPads. In reality, they have hardly bothered to tablet-optimize their own apps. Third-party developers have followed Google's example of not bothering.
I hear that ChromeOS is moving from the Linux to the Android kernel. So I would like if when the keyboard is attached or the tablet is docked it could run the ChromeOS desktop.
I wish Samsung would offer a dock for its tablets, especially since it's kept the design consistent for several years so it would be a one time purchase
I just put pixel experience treble gsi rom on my lenovo m10 fhd plus 2nd gen (what a name pff) and i can honestly say that the pixel experience works soo well on a bigger screen
Fabbing the processor at TSMC should help somewhat. Should reduce throttling, which should theoretically increase some performance and improve battery.
If Apple keeps the iPad neutered to not cannibalize the Macbooks, then I think a Pro tablet has a good chance to stand out if it has good multitasking and desktop modes
Bruh all I want is a 11 inch Pixel Tablet with wacom pen support and proper creative apps (buy some developers that make programs like procreate or Fresco equivalents)
This may be a good tablet. But I've never been comfortable with Android tablet sizes. We have worked with sheets of paper all our lives, and that ratio is what tablets or pads should also be. At least to me. Apple went there with the ipad. And OnePlus basically followed. OP ratio is slightly different than ipad but its more like paper ratio than any android tablet I've ever seen and I like it. There are times when I'm using my OPP that I forget that I'm not using a ipad. OP or YT have a video related issue with the OPP first gen tho. When you watch RUclips it works perfectly. But if you buy a movie off YT it flickers horribly. The OPP2 works perfectly with YTmovies.
I was so disappointed with the Google Pixel Tablet. Was hoping they would get rid of the dock and improve the speakers on the tablet itself. The first Oneplus pad is far superior to the first Google Pixel tablet. Also it was cheeper.
@@thecell1993Oh yeah, with the rear mount fingerprint scanner I can unlock my phone even before I take it out of my pocket. The in-screen ones are inconvenient imo.
Going all out for Google means 3-5 year old performance with ultra bland designs or making really desirable products but killing them off before it can ever gain traction. That about wraps up Microsoft too.
this is literally the easiest product to sell for google. So many people want the pixel experience on tablet. Watch them ruin it for us with another load of tensor underpowered, useless chip. their recent tablet failed and this was a strong reason. their next one is destined to as well unless they somehow make a mistake.

I don't think they're into that sort of begging
Sure, why not 😂

Damn, we've got more news on Pixel Tablet 3 before the Tablet 2. 💀
How come we've heard a ton about the Pixel Tablet 3 but nothing about the Pixel Tablet 2?
True
Just announced they've cancelled it.. no pixel tab 2😢
I honestly wish Google would bring back the Pixelbook
Fully agree!!
yeah, same
So glad I saw this comment. I was thinking of starting a channel and making this my first video about how it's time for them to release a new one

We all agree!! been saying this for a long time but Google just doesn't wanna listen to its users
Waiting on pixel 20a leaks

Yes i hope it's boxy and the pebble shaped
I hope it's more of an industrial look

just need that 120 hz tbh, and enough ram and stuff to run games at 120 fps and im very happy
Pixel tablet 3 leaks before even hearing about the Pixel tab 2 is like instantly cannibalizing the 2

One of the problems of the Android ecosystem is that Google themselves are inconsistent and apathetic
I absolutely love my Pixel tablet. Obviously there's a lot they can improve on, and I'd love to see how they make the next ones better.
Will the windowing apps feature be available on other tablets running Android 15??
I returned my Pixel pad and got a OnePlus pad 2. So much happier. Yes the Pixel pad had some features the op doesn't but, I barely used.
Watching this from my Pixel Tablet. Would love to have another Pixel Tablet with longer support.
Wich pen use on the video??

I imagine that's likely to happen. I would like to see more open source iterations of Android made accessible to more devices.
Android is at it's core based on Linux though. It's just ChromeOS is more on the pure Linux side while Android is a heavily modified version of Linux.
